Location is good, close to downtown, metro stations, an Aldi across the street. Could be noisy form the river, but the view is nice.
The room is small for 4 people, but ok after all. Could be cleaner and the kitchen could have more accesories.
Wifi is good, people were friendly.

Location, not the cleanest room
As the walls have stains, but is clean overall and a great view of the Rhine and bridge on the balcony!

Fairly priced. The rooms were excellent for a solo traveller, remarkably clean and well serviced. I was asked and offered a room with a balcony. I was also allowed a check in several hours earlier since they had vacancies.
The receptionist was cool and gave me excellent recommendations for restaurants around the area to grab a quick lunch! You can walk to Romer, along the Main.

The residence is the style of an aparthotel. The rooms are cleaned every day. The location is really good as it is a 10/20 minute walk from the main spots in Frankfurt.
We didn’t have any issues with the self check in, they communicated in advance and answered the phone.

So, the location and rooms were nice the service on the other hand… For the price it is fine but if you need something reliable maybe choose something else. We waited more then 20 min for someone to come since no one was at the reception. We had to call multiple people and they were all confused did not seem too professional. Other then that it was fine tho.

Rooms are okay (ok, without air conditioning) but passable. But everything around it just doesn't work. It takes at least 15 minutes to be allowed in after 20 rings & calls. After that, the key to the room was gone, so I had to call again. Just pure chaos. Oh yes: the light won't work without an additional card, as the room card is in a thick key ring.

We came back from shopping with the expectation to bring documents and clothes for our trip to the city center.
Unfortunately the door could not be opened after using the card. In the end we waited 45 minutes, only to be able to enter the building through the emergency exit (FROM THE OUTSIDE WITHOUT USE OF KAETEN) and to be able to open the entrance door from the inside due to our own initiative. At the unguarded reception desk there was another room card, which could have been stolen without any problems.
The house's fire protection systems do not seem to be activated either, as opening the emergency door did not trigger an alarm and other fire protection doors appeared to be inoperable.
The hotel manager promised us several times that the caretaker would arrive, who still hadn't shown up after 1 1/2 hours.
Furthermore, he often hung up the phone and did not have a conversation in which the problem was described to him. To the end and hung up.
Furthermore, the hotel made no effort to solve the problem.
Not a recommendation for people who want to spend a relaxed, safe weekend in Frankfurt.

The rooms are well furnished
But we were locked out the front door of the hotel for more than half an hour.
We also found extra key cards for several rooms at the unoccupied reception, including our own.

Unfortunately there are no zero stars.
We were left standing in front of the building for at least 45 minutes. The door didn't open. We called very often and the caretaker doesn't come.
Don't rent if you don't want to be left standing in Frankfurt !!
