It's what you'd expect from a Best Western hotel between a big city and an airport. We only stayed a single night after flight cancellations. Rooms are a little basic but clean, well enough equipped and fully functional

Great location very close to airport and Deutsche Bank Park. Clean and cozy rooms, perfectly working shower (which is a weak spot for many other hotels). Good breakfast - everything was very fresh and tasty

Friendly staff! What needs to be considered is that many rooms face the inner yard where the back door of a restaurant is located. That can be a bit noisy during the day. During the night, everything was quiet

Rooms were much nicer than expected, the staff is kind and welcoming and the beds were good. A little far from the citer centre, and the bus doesn't go there directly. Also outside Electric scooter zones etc

Location is just perfect, it is not that far from the Frankfurt Airport - you can choose taxi or bus X19 and ticket costs only 4. 15 euro per person - the bus stops opposite the hotel

Nice rooms and overal hotel facilities. Liked good parking with a lot of places. Breakfast was OK, but I remember times when it was much better.

I'd like to underline the kindness of all the staff: at reception, with a very kind and accommodating lady for late check-outs (when we never knew if the match was going to be won during the day and if we had to stay or not), at the restaurant when I just came to get a soup and some sugar for dessert (the manager was adorable!) or the chambermaid

Hello All, The review is very genuine since i stayed in the hostel for 3 months. First of all about the location- the location is well connected to Sban and the bus stop from where you can get to anywhere you want

You find the Rewe and penny nearby in around 500 meters (grocery shopping) The hostel staff are very supportive and helping in nature. The hostel has a washing machine which reduces your trouble

About the locality- if you prefer lonely roads in the evening time with not a lot of city crowd then this is the place

It is very close to the airport even shuttle service, room rates much cheaper than frankfurt city and the hotel is much nicer than comparable sizes in the city centre. Friendly staff and good schnitzel

This is a great hotel, tucked out of the way and has good access to the highway, airport, and Stadium (via car). The director and her staff are top notch, very friendly and always looking to help make your stay great!

We opted for a late meal: pinsa, amazing! Room was sizable and clean, slightly outdated/chipped furniture- superb air-conditioning! Cold bathroom tiles, but an overhead heated lamp that's timed up to 15min at a time

Breakfast had a nice assortment of bread/rolls, cold cuts and hot breakfast items. Juices, teas, and a coffee machine, too. One couple came to collect breakfast in takeaway trays, so that's an option, too

We like to stay until checkout, which is 12, and went for a quiet walk right after breakfast. Being in a business district there isn't much "touristy" stuff, but there's a café down the street

The bathroom is nice and clean. Nice fluffy pillows and duvet. Offenbach centre is nearby but transport system is not that great in the area and it can be really confusing for the tourists. The toiletries aren't provided

There was a worker named Emerita, has to get a raise!! She was soooo friendly although we were a huge group of people and solved all of our problems with no complications while being so refreshing and kind!! I asked her also almost midnight if she had super glue for my nail and she went to bring me some of her personal nails glue with also a mini nail filer!! 🥺🫶🏼

I highly recommend it to friends who need accommodation. If there is anything that needs improvement, I'm sure the hotel will actively listen and make improvements. I'm looking forward to my next stay
