The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work...
We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very accessible, the free breakfast is great, the room is very comfortable. Every hotel staff we encountered have been very friendly and hospitable- from front desk to dining room. Syndi from the breakfast area is the best! My only complaint is the bathroom lighting. Not good for putting on makeup
Clean hotel at a good location. The room was quiet and affordable. Public transport and walking both took less than 10 minutes. Especially the staff at the breakfast buffet was very kind.
The beds are stiff. Breakfast is good. Suzi is very hospitable. There were fruits, eggs, you could also get an egg dish from scratch. All in all is fine
Very nice except there is no bar to drink at.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to especially commend Suzi for her excellent service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Additionally, the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job—my room was always spotless and well-organized. There was a lovely lady who took great care in cleaning the room, but unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name...

It's OK, the location is close to shopping malls.
Hotel facade is on renovation, construction all around it. You have to walk around to get in . It was ok for the price. Close to shopping center
The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.
The staff was so lovely, and accommodating! Their kindness made me cry. 😊 The room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast, which was hearty and varied. There was construction in the area, and very easily worked around. Close to just about everything. Will definitely return, and bring friends! Thank you, Ali!!
Excellent value Excellent value for the money. Perfect location, close to everything.

Room is so small. It didn't look like the picture. Reception area smell not good for me.
Staff is so helpful and attentive, they upgraded my room to the family room without additional charge because I have a 4-year-old kid. Location is jut walking distance to the city center.
Close to skyline plaza and just 3 stops to frankfurt main station and i had a fridge in the room, which was great for snacks and drinks.
I'm impressed. The price is not expensive and it's not far from the tram. It's convenient for traveling.
Great hotel. Room was large and with tv and desk. Nice staff to.
Fan was broken they brought another one which makes noise so you can have fun while sleeping

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast very tasty
This place is underrated. For its 3-star classification, it's as good as it gets. The hotel is on a quiet street but close enough to the underground and tram, and walking distance from shops. The beds are comfortable and the shower was hot and had strong water pressure, which was great and relaxing after a whole day of walking. The breakfast in the morning is simple but wholesome, exactly what my German...
Overall the hotel is good and by car not far to city area.
Having reno at the reception area. Interior of hotel looks old. Breakfast is basic. Few minutes walk to metro and high streets with shops and nice restaurants around.
Room is so spaceful and big window view so nice. A really good place for a cheap budget
Hotel is a great price, especially for what you get and the location. For a budget travel, it should definitely be an option on your list.

Room was clean, cosy and tidy, hotel staff are friendly - only thing which would have been nice was for maybe a small mini fridge in the hotel room. Aside from this you benefit from free parking, where you can find an underground garage or park outside the back entrance of the hotel.
First of all, this hotel has much bigger room than other global brand hotels, and much clean n well managed hotel even though they are mot having any brand guidance. In EU region, we should find this kind of private hotel instead of global brands. Much cheaper and better facility.
Not bad for Korean. They are servicing Korean food for breakfast. But, they don't have A/C on this hot summer!!! Even though it is hot, room was cozy and clean.
Hotel mgmt knows their pros and cons. They offer services to compensate for some of the infrastructure based cons and it balances out. Especially good for people from Korea staying for longer periods.
Good getaway hotel, clean good space. Restaurant managed by Korean team, thanks to them i could savor kimchi and poached eggs. The Italian conceirage witful enough to extend a small conversation
Facilities simple Breakfast is on deck Long times, the end of history Bob is important to me. Short term luxury for Europe unbeaten and we want to not the right place or not

For the amount i paid, i shuld deserve a btter hotel. Hotels near the Central Railway Station are expensive and small. The Ibis chain is definitely the safest choice. The location is also very good. There is a Chinese restaurant I often eat at opposite, and the room space is not small.
Basic room but good value and conveniently located
The facilities are outdated. It is about a 10-minute walk from the central train station. The rooms are small and there is a large bottle of water in the room for drinking. The breakfast is average and the lobby is relatively new. I will choose another hotel next time.

Very Generous Hotel (upgraded to 2-BR), Very Near Train Station, and Asian Food. Also just a walk away from the main tourist spots of Frankfurt. What else can I ask for. Very satisfied customer here.
There is NO temperature control as there is neither a.c. nor heater, very old building, beds not comfortable at all, rooms very small and No safe box
The rooms could use a bit of work, but it's not terrible. I've seen worse Ibis hotels but it's not really up to the "styles" quality level. There a 4:3 LCD screen in my room, and the window shade was stuck.
Ibis Styles is very close 400mtrs to Frankfurt Railway station. Staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious than typical Ibis Hotels. Lobby layout is very attractive. They provide hot water kettle and Tea bags. Luggage storage possible incase of early or late luggage checkin checkout. Umesh n all staff at reception are very nice n diligent in their work. Only breakfast but no lunch and dinner.
The room is great, clean, front desk and breakfast experient were awesome. The location is a small problem due to the proximity to the train station, the area is not so tidy outside on the sidewalk. Not worth giving less starts because its not the hotels fault and being near transport in general is a good thing.
Rooms are OK but my room had a problem with the curtains who were blocked and wouldn’t go down… location is close to lots of attractions and walkable but also not so safe if you are a girl by yourself. Also it was not a quiet area (lots of disturbing noise in the streets). The service staff was great (Breakfast and at the reception).

Small but very comfortable room. 10-15 minutes from the airport by car. Free Wi-fi. Nice girls on reception, they speak English and very easy-communicative! Hot/cold weather in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed.
Staff quite serious and not really friendly. The building is not really clean. They cleanliness level of the room was OK but it was a bit smelly.
It's everything that you would expect from this brand: minimalistic and affordable. The tiny room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly. Don't expect anything more. Location near the train station has its pros and cons (good for getting around and full of fast food places, but not the tidiest of areas). It's a good option for young people and solo travellers.
5 min walk to the station. Close to red light district and not far from the touristy places. However you do have to pass by lots of sketchy people around the area (lots of people on drugs and the less civilised minorities). But the area is well patrolled with police and lots of normal people walking around. Hardly any authentic German cuisine nearby. The room is small but the bed is comfortable and...
Very standard room, no luxuries - but that's fair given the price. It's situated in a dodgy area as it's near the main station which has a reputation for crime, however we didn't experience any difficulties. The shower is nice and the bed was soft, however the sheets don't fit well on the duvet and pillows. The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Small cheap hotel perfect for staying a few nights in Frankfurt. The rooms are clean, the price is very reasonable and the noise level is pretty low considering its in the middle of the city. Only downside was the water from the shower drenching the floor and the showerhead needing a cleaning.

The room is quite big Is just if you are not driving The train station need 5-10 mins walks
The room was okay but the bathroom was not so clean. The hot water from the shower was not stable, sometimes cold sometimes hot, like the warm water didn’t mix well. The price was affordable and location was good.
Overall is a positive experience including parking. A pity hotel chose a light coloured carpet...it didn't look clean as there are some spots from inks or whatever. Visually is bothersome...
There is no iron in the room. To rent it, you need to LEAVE your ID on the reception, which is totally against the law . As nobody can request you to leave your ID out of your sight unless it is at the border or police control. Weird. Otherwise hotel is nicely designed and clean.
Location wise, little far from the popular places but there’s walking distance for tram and metro. So consider not bad experience. Pricing wise also not bad. Suggest to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is good. They helped my son and I upgrade to a room with a sofa. We stayed here for 6 nights business trip. The rooms are up to the standard of IHG so very nice. Breakfast was nice with nice options. The king-size bed suite is not too big, but the price/performance ratio is OK. When I checked in, the hotel gave me a standard room because I needed two single beds. This was quite funny. Decent, affordable place to sleep if you need to be in Frankfurt, travel from Frankfurt Airport and travel by car. Free parking, great service 24/7, big room and good shower. Skip the breakfast though and go to the supermarklet next door or the bakery across the street instead.
Very nice hotel, staff kind and helpful with perfect english, fantastisch breakfast.
A nice and interesting hotel in a nice and quiet location. Good price and nice staff. A little antiquated but sets a nice mood. Definitely a very good choice if looking for a hotel in the area.
Really good hotel, the staff is really helpful. The rooms are nice and the room service is pretty good too. The hotel provides morning breakfast which is pretty nice, they also provide free cab/shuttle service to and from airport and to train station. if you are in town and looking for a quick place to crash into feel free to check it.

The rooms are very large. I stayed on the 3rd floor, my room was bigger than my friends room at the 1st floor, but smaller than my friends on the 2nd floor. Not by much though. This place was nice, very clean, friendly, and good breakfast that is a little pricey. As far as the drug addicts and red light district, I never noticed cause I used taxi, the hostel has a button they push and a taxi arrives pretty soon after every time, uber would of been nice to have but that's illegal in germany supposedly
Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Staff were friendly. A few minutes walk from the train station. However, the hotel is located almost directly next to a drug help clinic and near a red light area so there were a lot of unsavoury characters on the street. There was a lot of police presence. I never felt unsafe but I am a tall guy. It might not be the best place for some travels.
Excellent location, good price for the large bedrooms, ask for a balcony its worth it, great people watching from balcony, its near all the action of frankfurt. Cons: if you need wifi for work this is not the place, the wifi is unsecure so all your personal info can be hacked or stolen by viruses. There are some thai restaurants walking distance w secured wifi so its not a big deal unless you need...
Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The area around the hotel is littered with drug addicts injecting themselves and prostitutes selling themselves. No-one bothered us but it was a little uncomfortable.
Very clean and reasonably priced hostel, I had a private room that shares a bathroom with two other rooms. Convenient location from the station and not far from city center also. The street it's located on however, as others have mentioned, is full of drug addicts. I saw one passed out on the pavement at the entrance. We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. Not far from the city center, located in a quiet area, it is an excellent choice for short business stays. The hotel is in a good location, right next to Frankfurt Central Station, and convenient for travel. Since we stayed during the exhibition, the price was not cheap, but it was good. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, so we have to go to the Empire Hotel next door for meals
It wasn't bad. There was no refrigerator or kitchen. There was a shower, a TV, a desk and a bed, that's all. But it was enough for a solo traveler. It said that there was a fee for luggage storage, but they did it for free.
It's convenient because it's close to Frankfurt Central Station. The hot water comes out well. It's okay if you just want to sleep, but the soundproofing is not very good.
It is close to Frankfurt Station, and you can walk to Euro Tower in about 15 minutes. The only regret is that there is no pillow filling. Other than that, it is good value for money and clean.
The location is excellent. It's just next to Frankfurt Train Station. It's a few minutes away from the airport or other places. The room is small, but it's also convenient to eat nearby. There is a ramen restaurant opened by a Wenzhou person nearby. The taste is very good.

Very convenient location to airport. Dylan did a fantastic job at the bar! His quick service, and friendly attitude made the experience truly enjoyable. Great work!
Service was good. Better irons needed. Preferably steam iron. Bedding needs to be desperately upgraded to king size . Rooms are very small
Not too far from Frankfurt Airport (about 5km by Uber). The room is cosy but not that well lit at night. Like many European cities, the hotel does not provide any personal sanitary items like toothbrushes and toothpaste or razors but you can buy them in the lobby via self checkout kiosk. The hotel provides a variety of foods for breakfast so definitely worth ordering.
It is a convenient hotel, with standard good breakfast. Walking distance to the subway (Station: Niederrad) is 10 min, just 1 station away from the main train station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof) and 3 stations from the Airport. Supermarket, pharmacy just opposite the hotel. For me just one thing missing, a gym.
Rachel was truly a gem at the front desk. She went well above her duties to accommodate our family of three. She was compassionate, friendly and professional. She was our first impression of Germany and can’t wait to come back! Food was great! Watch out for mosquitoes if you open the windows! Screens would help or fans as there is no air conditioning.
The room interior is clean and there is a simple snack bar in the lobby. There is a mart right next door and the tram and train are a 10-minute walk away, which was nice.
