We had a great stay at Auszeit- really enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast. And the location worked great for us.
Not to mention that they mailed the jacket I forgot back to me without question. That was amazing and shows their customer service.

In this hotel, you can sense that the owners did everything to make sure guests are having a satisfactorily experience. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast room is well designed and the breakfast buffet itself consists of a wide variety of fresh products.
There was a small misunderstanding when we arrived, as the room was prepared for one person instead of two. But this matter was immediately resolved in an adequate and friendly manner and we were given a free bottle of fresh apple juice. And it’s in the service where the quality of an hotel truly lies!

Overall experience was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with all anybody could require. Service was more than anyone would require, friendly, professional, pleasant and courteous. Hotel is close to local amenities, shops, restaurants and S Bann into city centre only 5 minutes walk.
Would recommend if going to Hamburg stay at this hotel.

Nice rooms, good bed, great shower, useful fridge but no kettle. I used the dinning area boiling tap instead. Also the weblink (not an App so reloading is necessary) for the opening of all doors in the hotel is impressive but not perfect.

Very nice dog in the hotel and the people too. Next to a big supermarket wich comes in handy, the only thing is there is no airco, so it can be pretty warm

Beautifully situated. The room is perfect and the wifi even better! Very nice breakfast and excellent parking!
