It is quite central but so noisy until 2am, that means you can’t sleep well, especially when it work trip!

The staff were very nice and helpful but the property is old and needs to be renovated. Very noisy area, the music in the restaurants plays very loudly and until 2-3 o'clock in the morning.

Amazing location, great rooms
Fantastic place. Location right on the heart of the Reeperbahn, busy bar downstairs but does not disturb you in your room. Rooms are perfect, comfy beds, bathroom, storage space. Our view overlooked the Reeperbahn. If you're heading to Hamburg and want to be where all the action is then this is the perfect place for you. Really good value and the staff at the front desk were really friendly. Would highly recommend.

Room wasn't soundproof as advertised and room was quite hot. But location was good.

The hotel has a good location; although it's in a bustling area, it's quiet enough to sleep in. The room is small and clean, but the soundproofing of the door isn't very good. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Worn out and dirty walls
Worn out and missing common things like bed light and table. I get this hotel is cheap but the walls are dirty and the sigle room so small it’s more like a cabinet than an actual room.

Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the port, pier, and the old Elbe River Tunnel, and it is very convenient to take ferries in all directions; the conditions of the hotel are a bit simple, as it is not far from the Reeperbahn, the streets are relatively dirty and the people are noisy, but the price is relatively low and it is acceptable for short-term stay.
