I think this hotel is good value for money. I'm staying here in August when most of the school children in Europe are on holiday, so I expect prices everywhere to be more expensive. Although the rooms are dated, they are clean, quiet and my bed was very comfortably. Furthermore, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good. I would happily stay here again when I return to Hamburg.

I stayed 2 night this fabolous price performance hotel. Just 5 min. to the S-bahn so getting to the airport is very easy. Walking distance to DOM Festival, nice restaurants and bars. My room and bathroom were very clean, the receptionists are very polite. Quiet hotel. I'm not bothered by anything.
Unfortunately, when I got home and opened my suitcase, I brought the tv remote control with me in my clothes :) I'm really sorry about that. I will definitely come back to this hotel, thanks for the comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The building is old so there are normal old building imperfections but it was ok by me. It gave it charm. With the window closed there was virtually no road noise and I could only hear my neighbor‘s tv in the hallway, never in my room. Room also had a nice view of the street with both windows open.

In a good location with walking distance to main sites in Hamburg. Friendly staff and bonus Privat parking ( paid 15 euros a day) considering location that was good. Nice room and clean. Compare to other hotels the price was worth it. Especially compared to the cheaper hotels near by.

The hotel room and bathroom is perfect for a short stay with very comfortable mattresses. It's close enough to trains, buses and the Hamburg promenade to do some sightseeing.

Hotel has very small rooms. The bed for me and my husband was 1.40m x 1.90m. The room was around 2.90m x 2,40. In the bathroom was a shower cabin, a toilet and a small sink all placed next to each other, under a reach of one hand. There was no space to put hygiene anywhere in the bathroom. We booked the hotel for a week but with such a small room we were losing time as one would lay on the bed while another one prepares to go out, because there was no space for the both. Other than that hotel is clean, breakfast is tasteful but always the same. To a max 3 days trip it’s ok, but for a pleasant (family) holiday in Hamburg I would need more.
Out TV also didn’t work at the beginning but they repaired it eventually.

Always like Central Very clean and the staff very nice and helpful.

From me 5 stars ! I must say it is a bit older but very clean and friendly staff ! The Hotel is not very Central but still in the middle of it . The einzigeste negative is the Parking garage ... I got myself a little scratch on my car, but is also more or less my fault, nevertheless, you could make something.

Unfriendly reception from the recipe a Zionist, who referred me, in spite of payments have been made in advance and without explanation to a different Hotel, I had to reach on your own feet. About the rooms I can say nothing, but Service, Überbuchungs-strategy and communication is not acceptable.

We were over the weekend in the Hansehof. Super accessible by car, Parking in front of the place. Arrival by train is also good. Only a few minutes walk. Location is really great for a city trip. Harbour City, the Reeperbahn, Musical and theatre almost on the doorstep. Bus and train connections, it is also quickly reached.
I will say it right upfront. It is a 2 star Hotel and the quality is just Top. Nice Friendly staff, whether reception or Service/dry cleaning. Reception is open 24 hours. Information facilities on site. Computer with Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi in the Hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. Decorated in a Modern style. Bathroom with shower is spacious. Not clinically clean but perfectly ok.
We have had to back out of a room. It was quiet overnight. The Breakfast (included In the price) was great. Great offer, everything Provided from coffee to cereal. Friendly staff and always look approachable. All in all, a Top address and the price/performance ratio is perfect. Even small requests (order of flowers in the room on the arrival day) were done. Always gladly again. Thank you for this top service
