The owners are rude and aggressive. when I asked for a refund since they advertised they had queen size beds when they do not, I was threatened to be charged for damages that I haven’t done, and that I will get no refund for any of the days I booked.

Was ok this time, our last experience was better as our room didn't smell like old cigarette smoke, this time our room did, and it's a none smoking room so we were a little disappointed.

Loud, and disappointing
People hanging out in the hallway all night, talking really loudly until like 5 in the morning. No sound prodding, so we didn’t manage to fall a sleep.
Junkies hanging out at the entrance, shooting up. Not pleasant at all.
The bed was good, and clean. The shower was awful, and hardly work. Nice temperature on the water thou. Will not stay here again, better and cheaper options near by. Check out Hamburger Perle instead.

- bedsheets and towels change every day
- 70 euro per night... well, i guess it should be cheap

- you're gonna witness the awesome vocal abilities and live music until 2 am. Every day. Closed windows won't help
- you gonna hear your neighbors
- you're gonna live in 8 square meters room in darkness (1 light bulb at the top)
- nobody will tell you the stuff has access to your room without notification or getting a permission
- shelf instead of table
- did i tell you gonna live in complete darkness and hear everything?
- this is red light district. Homeless and drunk people around, cheap sex workers.

In the party area, staff told me recommendations & vibe of the area. Would stay here again if you want to party hard :)

A lot of noise from the bars outside, until 2.00 in the morning even on the week days. The area is not good at all. 4 starts because the hotel itself is ok.

The hotel is located in a somewhat noisy location at night. However, the location is close to the metro which makes it easy to get around. The room is small and it is hot in the summer. However, everything was very clean and the staff friendly. The online check-in procedure allowed me to settle into my room despite arriving at 10pm. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very welcoming. I have good memories of it.

Spontaneous 1 night stay. Hotel was nothing special but good service in relation to the price. USB-C walk sockets would’ve been ideal since I didn’t take my wall plugs with me (as I said we originally intended to do a day trip but the road home was closed throughout the day). Partner complained about noise before 12.30 am but that was to be expected from Reeperbahn. Anyways we’ve had a good sleep and the anonymous checkout procedure was very welcoming.
