- Rooms are too small, when you open the cabinet door, the way will be blocked
- Literally not enough facilities like slippers, toothbrushes, minibar, a tea maker, tissue( except from the toilet), it even doesn’t have a water bottle!!
- Weak and not stable Net connection.
- We booked a king bed, but they give us a double bed next to each other.
+ Few good points are their friendly and polite staff
+ A quite wide range of options for breakfast
+ In close proximity of public transportation

the hotel is located in a very rough neighborhood and it's so weird to see some people smoking in front of the entrance all the time. nevertheless there are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding. The location is close to central station and very crowded

Hotel was very accommodating and welcoming, good rooms and cleanliness. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially BenJemà who was excellent and offered help with anything.

Great Location for a short stay in Hamburg, Rooms a bit small, but well equipped and very clean and fresh. Staff very helpful. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.

If you're looking for a base location close to the S/U Bahn, that's not flashy and relatively reasonably priced, this fits the bill.
If I stayed in Hamburg again, I'd probably opt for Altstadt or that side of the central station, although it would cost more.
The bar does great drinks and is priced well.

Clean rooms, good ventilation, cool. no minibar. a bit small service was bit grumpy.

It's OK. Not good or bad...just OK. Location is great on terms of walking to center of town. But neighborhood feels unsafe, so don't really after dark. Loud conversations on the street that can be heard in room.

Very good hotel. Comfortable stay. Near to Hamburg Central Station. All public facilities are available nearby. Good restaurants are also available in the nearby areas.

Perfect location to explore Hamburg from within the city located in St.Georg precint which is Turkish Middle Eastern area with lots of great middle eastern and international food options and restaurants; and it's a quick easy walk to central train station. It's fairly new and has a funky vibe. Rooms are good size but basic, no fridge or coffee making but they have a great bar and cold drinks in reception. Fair $ in the city. Clean and fresh with a really good breakfast included. They encourage eco and offer free drink to skip room servicing daily.
Lots of fruit, veg and deli markets and Lidl-s q.5 blocks away and rhe u-bahn is a couple hundred metres in either direction.

I always stay at Novum whenever I visit Hamburg. The rooms are clean and the location is great. Check-in is quick.
