Due to our own error, we arrived for the 2nd day of our booking. The receptionist and manager helped us out, however, and treated us very well.
The hotel is located at walking distance of most of the things we wanted to see. The area around the hotel has a lot of middle eastern shops and restaurants. The rooms are small, but work out fine since being all day in the hotel room is not the reason we traveled here.
The bottom line: The service was excellent and I can't say a bad thing about it.

Rooms are small, but very clean! Air condition would have been nice, but a fan also did the trick.
The service was just awesome! Everyone was very friendly - especially towards our kids. So would rate this a kids friendly hotel! We stayed here before a trip with Aida to explore the city a bit. Close to the main station St. Georg is not the best neighborhood, but your’re just 2-3 stations from Jungfernstieg away. Can recommend this for a 1-2 nights stay. Best guest experience with kids for a while!

Using up IHG rewards. Passing thru Hamburg. Front Desk staffers Shaggy and Sahar were very cordial and helpful. Finding garage to park car is a bit of a challenge if you’re not from here - I’m not. No worries; just a reference when driving here. Bed was great. Small room. No English TV stations, but I’m in Germany. BackLava pastry shop next hotel was AWESOME!! WIDE VARIETY OF PASTRIES and good cappuccino for breakfast. Enjoyed my night here. 😊

Front desk very helpful, offered water or shot of jagermeister! Modern decor with just the basics. Great pricing, walking around many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets. I didn't mind the smaller rooms, actually it's amazing what they pack into the area.

Flora provided exceptional service to me and my family, the best service I have ever experienced with Accor or IHG. Upon checkin and whilst waiting for our rooms, we were provided with some coffees and snacks after an early morning flight. Same upon checkout, we were provided some wonderful coconut desserts. The staff were on hand to help.
Situated in the Turkish district, there are restaurants close by, as well as the metro and Hamburg Central station.
Rooms were on the smaller side, but was fine for an overnight visit.

The hotel room was very small.
There is only one elevator available.
There is no coffee or refrigerator in the room.
The location is near the central station but the area is full of drugged people and homeless people.

- Literally not enough facilities like slippers, toothbrushes, minibar, a tea maker, tissue( except from the toilet), it even doesn’t have a water bottle!!
- Weak and not stable Net connection.
- We booked a king bed, but they give us a double bed next to each other.
+ Few good points are their friendly and polite staff
+ A quite wide range of options for breakfast
+ In close proximity of public transportation
- Literally not enough facilities like slippers, toothbrushes, minibar, a tea maker, tissue( except from the toilet), it even doesn’t have a water bottle!!

the hotel is located in a very rough neighborhood and it's so weird to see some people smoking in front of the entrance all the time. nevertheless there are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding. The location is close to central station and very crowded

Hotel was very accommodating and welcoming, good rooms and cleanliness. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially BenJemà who was excellent and offered help with anything.

Great Location for a short stay in Hamburg, Rooms a bit small, but well equipped and very clean and fresh. Staff very helpful. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.
