Great location: easy to walk to from central train station, nearby underground, and walking distance to shopping street. Very clean and comfortable room. Check-in was quick and the receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. A great choice for a couple of nights in Munich!

We booked and paid for 3 nights but we had to book another hotel and leave early even when our room is non-refundable. The room smell, the bed very uncomfortable.
The service even worst. The gentleman working there so races that he won't even talk with us or answer our questions when we asked. He not even want to look at us.
We're not paying to be treated like that.

One of the cleanest hotel i have been too. Front desk always greet you with a smile and always provide best service if anything is needed. Welcome you with sparking water that taste like german bratwurst. Their breakfast is amazing and has the taste of the rainbow. I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean rooms, helpful staff and great location in walking distance from main station and city centre. The table was big enough for work with a notebook and there is a sufficient offer of tv programs including several English speaking news channels which is important for me, a news geek. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my one night stay here (04/2024).

A lovely, very clean city hotel very close to the central train station and walking distance to the old town . An extremely friendly and helpful reception welcomes you. The rooms are very nicely designed and has comfortable beds. Although it is near a busy location, the room is quiet to rest. I would definitely recommend it.

The location was central to all our activities and the main train station. Quaint and efficient - small by US standards but so very charming! The front desk staff is THE BEST. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. Really great breakfast options! I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hospitality, very helpful and kind staff, extremely clean rooms at a great location. If I ever visit the Munich again, I will stay at the same hotel again for sure!!!

The location is perfect, the staff is super nice and you can have a genuine laugh with. The room room was good, no complaints whatsoever :)

Rooms were clean and maintained. The receptionists were good and friendly. There was an issue with wifi, which they resolved quickly. We stayed here for 3 nights. Everything was good 👍. It's around 15 minutes walk from the Munich main station. Area to reach the hotel is not that great.
