ACHAT Hotel München Süd

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not meet our expectations. From the first day, we requested a room change due to issues like the air conditioner (which required calling reception to adjust) and constant noise from the elevator, but the reception refused. After contacting Booking.com, they convinced the hotel to offer a room change, but the hotel never reached out to us.

The manager was highly unprofessional and only suggested a new room after we were so frustrated that we booked another place and decided to check out the next day, even though our booking was non-refundable. While we understand that the room fee was non-refundable, they could have refunded the 15 euros per person we paid for breakfast, but they refused.

The breakfast itself was very disappointing, with no fresh vegetables and only one coffee machine for all guests, causing long delays. Additionally, the room lacked facilities like a refrigerator and a water kettle, which were listed on the website but not provided.

Overall, the hotel is severely overrated, unprofessional, and does not deliver on its promises. We would not recommend it.

Worst hotel we’ve ever been to! The A/C wasn’t working and when we told them they turned it on but he left the switch on so I couldn’t turn it off. It was freezing for 4 days straight and got sick. Second problem was that nobody told us that room cleaning is only on request and not mandatory. Third I found two bugs of the same species in my room which are likely just 2 from hundreds. Fourth the keycard wasn’t working anymore and went to the reception (one guy is really nice and apologized but the other wasn’t as kind - the same that left the switch on) they couldn’t code new keycards so he had to unlock the door and now I don’t have a functioning keycard to get into my freezing hotel room. Fifth the fitness & spa area was closed because of a water damage. Nowhere was this information to be seen when booking. Cant recommend! Never going there again!

AC not working on ground floor rooms in summer. At 30°C without any backup fans or ventilators, it was almost not livable or even potentially health-threatening. Hotel should prepare fans or ventilators on stand-by in case AC malfunction happens again.

The reception guy Sebastiano is es most rude and unprofessional man. He hates tourist! This afternoon this human raised his voice while we were checking in and told me to shut up. What a waste!! The hotel seems to be nice but the reception guy is an idiot telling us to be quiet. Our tour leader sent all our details before hand but he disregarded that and ask us in a very rude and disgusting way to present our passports again. He shouldn’t be employ by this hotel until he passes the anger management control training.
Will never ever come to this hotel and I will make sure I will let everyone in my social media to avoid this place so other places can keep treating us with the respect I deserve.

The most DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE personal at the reception,EVER.(We didn't do anything wrong and we was behaving ourselves)They don't know how to behave themselves with guests!!! I'm traveling all around the world and this is the first time that something like that happened! Second of all ,breakfast, glasses was extra dirty and toster was dirty and full of roast!!! In my room was also a big spider!!! IF YOU WANNA RUIN YOUR WEEKEND,THEN GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!
P.S. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY THIS HOTEL..
