Room was nice and clean, a bit small but if only staying in for a sleep then it does not matter. Staff was okay but did not see them very often. Only reception people spoke in english with me on a good level. Breakfast is good, but do not expect classic english breakfast for tourists here. We generally were happy about the hotel, it is pretty modern, few shops just 5 minutes away. And small tip take water with you if check in is late, shops will be closed and bar is closing at 23:00 your only option is to see someone and they will offer you one for 7 quid for a liter.
They also got few seats outside for smokers, was good to chill out on a sofa for few minutes after long day.

Worst hotel we’ve ever been to! The A/C wasn’t working and when we told them they turned it on but he left the switch on so I couldn’t turn it off. It was freezing for 4 days straight and got sick. Second problem was that nobody told us that room cleaning is only on request and not mandatory. Third I found two bugs of the same species in my room which are likely just 2 from hundreds. Fourth the keycard wasn’t working anymore and went to the reception (one guy is really nice and apologized but the other wasn’t as kind - the same that left the switch on) they couldn’t code new keycards so he had to unlock the door and now I don’t have a functioning keycard to get into my freezing hotel room. Fifth the fitness & spa area was closed because of a water damage. Nowhere was this information to be seen when booking. Cant recommend! Never going there again!

AC not working on ground floor rooms in summer. At 30°C without any backup fans or ventilators, it was almost not livable or even potentially health-threatening. Hotel should prepare fans or ventilators on stand-by in case AC malfunction happens again.

We love the buffet breakfast and Prosecco. Staff are always so nice and friendly and happy to help. Can’t wait to go back again

The reception guy Sebastiano is es most rude and unprofessional man. He hates tourist! This afternoon this human raised his voice while we were checking in and told me to shut up. What a waste!! The hotel seems to be nice but the reception guy is an idiot telling us to be quiet. Our tour leader sent all our details before hand but he disregarded that and ask us in a very rude and disgusting way to present our passports again. He shouldn’t be employ by this hotel until he passes the anger management control training.
Will never ever come to this hotel and I will make sure I will let everyone in my social media to avoid this place so other places can keep treating us with the respect I deserve.

The most DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE personal at the reception,EVER.(We didn't do anything wrong and we was behaving ourselves)They don't know how to behave themselves with guests!!! I'm traveling all around the world and this is the first time that something like that happened! Second of all ,breakfast, glasses was extra dirty and toster was dirty and full of roast!!! In my room was also a big spider!!! IF YOU WANNA RUIN YOUR WEEKEND,THEN GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!

The location may seem a bit far, but the hotel is close to a metro station, therefore well connected and the center can be reached in 20 min directly. The hotel looks okay, well decorated for a 4 star hotel, nothing luxurious, just simple. The room was really nice and clean, the mattress was comfortable as well. The employees of the hotel were nice in general. We didn't book that much in advance, but still got an acceptable price for the quality, specially with breakfast included. The breakfast was okay, nothing to die for, but had a lot of options, even if the taste was a bit bland. The only bad thing I have to say about the experience is that they were tearing down a building in the street where the hotel was located and sadly it woke us up really early during our stay and we couldn't rest during the day while in our room; it's not their fault, but still a bad experience nonetheless. Hopefully they are not having that by now!

I would like to strongly advise everyone not to stay in this hotel under any circumstances! Hotel service/staff very unprofessional and very aggressive (especially at breakfast, where there were not even plates, not to mention missing food) The staff shouted at us that if we don't like it, we should go somewhere else, they say Munich is full of hotels. And I'm not exaggerating, they really shouted out loud!
There was no hot water. At all. For three days, they kept repeating excuses to us, that it hopefully will be fixed. I didn't want to hear this again and again, so after three days without shower, we moved to another hotel. I never want to see this one again, worst hotel in my life!!!

Tragedy of an hotel. The water in the shower was not working for all the 3 days (not even cold, nothing).
Cleaning was also quite "fast" I guess, since I found a piece of nail on the carpet and the towels had some really not nice "brown shadows" on them. Also in the shower, if it worked, it was put mistaken the hand soap instead of body/hair soap.
I don't really know how much they paid for getting 4 stars and the award of "best hotel of the year", because the experience is almost like an hostel. Pity because the rooms are nice and beautiful to see, but if it is not possible to even have a shower that is really bad

Horrendous service. Absolutely shocking for a 4-star hotel. Asked for clean towels twice and they wouldn’t give them to us. Asked for facial tissues and they wouldn’t give them to us. Asked for a wine glass and they refused. Turned off our heat in the middle of the day and left all our windows open when it was 3 degrees outside so when we came back at 11pm our room was frigid. Not sure why some guests are treated better than others. Also the hotel is located next to a Lidl so you’ll have the noise of that all night while you’re trying to sleep.
