Under average quality of accommodation. Room furniture is very dated, doesent look clean, there is no electric kettle, bed is uncomfortable. Positive sides are location of the hotel, great heating and very warm water.

A comfortable hotel, walking distance to the Stachus and the pedestrian zone, close to public transport. Good breakfast and friendly service.

The location of the hotel is good, but expensive. Also there are a lot of stairs, which is uncomfortable. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean.

Excellent staff. Tried to help in every way. Great breakfast. Secure underground parking. Close to the center of the old city about 10 minutes walk. Needs renovation. No air condition. Not clean enough probably because it is an old hotel. Pillows are so soft that they are useless.

Good location, nice basic hotel to stay few nights. Rooms was OK, breakfast was nice. Good location. Could stay again.

Close to city center and Theresienwiese. 100 meters to underground station U4. Clean and spacy rooms. Open buffet breakfast for 15 euros per person, nothing fancy. Rooms need modernization however still very enjoyable. TV is small for viewing distance. Shower heads are a little problem in Munich because of very hard water, my room needed a replacement.

Nice hotel in the centre of Munich. Next to transport. Rooms were fine. Very nice and friendly staff

Nice hotel I was very impressed with the style and comfort. It’s very close to the city hall Marienplatz and it’s in walking distance. These are Lidl down the road so that you can get some shopping at low prices. Me and my brother really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Fidelio. Friendly staffs, spacious room, comfy beds, and excellent cleanliness. Great location near St. Paul Church and U-Bahn station.
Note: Stairs to the elevator can be challenging with large luggage. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor quirks.

Good breakfast. Good location, close to a train station, and only a ride on 4/5 away from the main train station if you didn't want to walk. The receptionist was kind and courteous. I thought the beds, pillows, and duvets were very comfortable, possibly not the pull out couch option, but that's expected. I have no complaints.
