I had a wonderful stay at Sure Hotel By Best Western München Hauptbahnhof. The staff were extremely professional and kind — from the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was absolutely smooth, fast, and well organized.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I stayed there with my family and my child, and we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay.

I would especially like to thank the reception team — when I asked for hot water, they immediately did their best and prepared it for us. This small but thoughtful gesture really showed their high level of service and care for guests.

The location is perfect, very central and safe. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Munich.

This hotel refused a cancellation made in advance. The reason for cancellation was because on of the guests have had a heart attack a week before the visit. Their terms said they had the right to refuse cancellation payments however I would have expected some understanding from the establishment rather than a dry “request declined” message given the circumstances.

The location of this hotel is everything. It is 5 minutes walking to Karlplatz and 10 minute to Marienplatz. Perfect stay for an all day sightseeing. Room was clean, towels were amazing and the breakfast was very complete with lots of options even for vegetarians. Besides its location on a busy street right across the main train station, it was quiet at nights. I would definitely stay here again.

On day 4 of our Round The World (RTW) travels, we started with a hearty breakfast at Sure Hotel Munich. There was a good spread which included cereals, cheese, ham and hot items of eggs and bite-sized burger patty which were not too salty. There was also a coffee machine along with a selection of yoghurt as well as good croissants that were flaky and buttery. We love it that the window seats in the restaurant were elevated and we could see passers-by on the street. The windows also allowed sunshine into the restaurant, illuminating the space within. At $113SGD, Sure Hotel not only has an excellent location by the Munich Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), serves up a pretty decent breakfast and has pretty good cleanliness in the rooms as well. Worth considering if you’re thinking of having a room in central Munich on your next visit.

Room was small and rather hot. The fan and air-conditioning was not strong enough. However, the breakfast is quite good. This place is good to stay for convenient reasons.

Cannot fault the staff. So warm and welcoming.
Breakfast is tasty and set out nicely! The room is exactly what I was needing, the only downside is there's no air con but there was a fan in my room so that was great!
I'd happily stay here again if I come back to Munich

We choose to stay in this hotel because of it’s opposite Munich hbf. We arrive Munich airport late at night and leaving early next day from Munich hbf so we think it’s good option. Lufthansa bus from airport stop right in front of the hotel. No air-con in room. Only electric fan provided. We couldn’t sleep well because we can here noise from street.

Very close to the Central Station anf Bus Main Station. Only a few minutes walk to Old town and Marienplatz. The room is simple and small but very clean. Staff were helpful

I have such a horrible experience with this hotel when I come today while trying to check in . There are so many reasons to be fead up with
1. Although is 14:55 pm , they don’t allow us to check in , I am ok with that since check in is 3 pm . So I went for my lunch and came back after 3 pm .
But , still not allow to check in .

2. The staff name called Oman and one old lady were at reception counter , but totally ignore all guests even over 3 pm plus plus .

3. We know that need to fill in registration form , and ask him whether can I fill in first , also not allowed 😡.

4. Oman said , he will call once the room is ready , but never called even until I asked .

5. Almost 4 pm only , I have to ask again for my room ready or not . Then only he pass the key to me .

I was so upset with this hotel customer services .
I will never ever stay again and never recommend to all my friends .

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central train station. However, this also means that the location is not nice. (Typical European big-city train station feel.) If you want to be housed in a nice part of the city, go somewhere else. The rooms are clean, but very old - there is no air conditioning, the bathroom looks dated, and the whole ambiance of the hotel is not new. The breakfast was ok (not bad, not great). I only stayed there for one night during a brief visit. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for tourists or people who want to stay longer.
