The hotel is located in a good area, close to supermarket and some restaurants nearby. The room was nice, with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, many things to choose from. Unfortunately, there is a noisy construction site in this period, right near the hotel. The hotel has private parking for a fee, but I'm not sure if it's worth it, since you can find cheaper public parking close.

We stayed at New Orly Hotel for two nights and it was perfect for our needs. 10 mins walk max to two separate train stations and lots of cute little cafes close by as well. Easy to get to Oktoberfest for those visiting for that, and the rooms have everything you need and very comfortable beds.
Most of all, the service was fabulous. I had an unfortunate incident of leaving my passport and wallet in the taxi we caught to the airport and I didn’t realise until I had landed in Paris. The hotel looked through the room for me, and then called me back when the taxi driver (miraculously) returned my things to the hotel. They were then very helpful in working out how to get my items sent asap to me and I had them back within 24 hours. Genuinely such wonderful service, I can’t thank them enough, and would recommend this hotel to everyone who visits Munich!

Great value, good people work at the hotel. Very impressed. Tom was a big help with local hot spots.

Frustrated upon arrival, booked a superior and´regular´ double room as only available rooms. Difference between superior and regular is airco. On regular room evening sun burning on only window, got sarcastic remark at reception that you can´t fight nature. Not appreciated. Luckily nature was with us, bad weather at night cooled down the room enough to have a good night rest.
When selecting hotel it said parking available, not upon arrival, luckily the valet did his best to sort out an ok´ish solution. Regular room was realy tiny, mould at window shower, could be cleaned away. Breakfast standard and ok, plenty choice, replenished continuously.

Very friendly staff. Great room with kettle and Nespresso. They also have parking spaces available in limited quantity and one plug to charge a car at 4kw which is fast enough for a night.
Be careful of the construction site in front. Did not affect us as we slept over during a long holiday weekend.

Small room but it does the job. Staff is friendly. The breakfast was great. Reasonable walking distance to public transportation. I felt safe in the neighborhood, even at night. Giving it 4 stars because the wifi frequently cut out and I had to tend to stay close to my door to stay connected.

Our room was a bit cramped (4 people) but we were only there for a night so not a problem.
At breakfast we did see a lot of families so clearly popular for that but definitely great for couples. Breakfast was excellent, great selection of tasty food and a really cool orange juice making machine!
Fast WiFi connection, powerful shower and ab excellent steak restaurant next door.
My only complaint were the pillows, far too thin and soft so no support whatsoever. Probably possible to get more/alternates but it was late when we arrived and were too tired to enquire by the time we noticed.
I would stay again.
