The room was excellent, however it is showing its age but not in a bad way, i.e no issues or anything like that just stylistically old fashioned perhaps. Reception was very attentive. I had a member of staff who had only been there a month and she handled things well- I asked if I could pay with a different card to the one I had initially given the hotel. Breakfast was brilliant, however, the orange juice was rather muted I felt. If you are coming by ferry from Helsinki then it is fantastically located. It is also very close to the bus services into the centre of Tallinn. All in all, a very good advert for Estonia and a place I will consider staying at again should I visit Tallinn again.

Pros: the hotel has a very good location. Rooms are clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is good.
Cons: too soft bed and that you can hear every step that your neighbours make as a loud bang. There were people rushing early in the morning (5-7 am) to the ferry. Unfortunately, I won't stay here again.

Hotel is in amazing location to terminal D, 3 minutes away from Rimi/Mall, to the city 15-20 minutes.
When we arrived our room wasn’t clean - bathroom. Immediately we told the receptionist and they cleaned it, while we were gone. Breakfast is mediocre.
AC is functional.
It would be great if there was a fridge in the room.

the hotel is in a good location, in a nice modern area, but 10 min. from the old town on foot. the hotel is neat simple but cozy. There is large shopping center nearby, and the Tallinn - Stockholm ferry.

Good choice for a hotel in Tallinn. Price is reasonable and location is great.

Realy nice view to sea and some church in distance. Only thing I didn't like was that the window was broken. Everything also is quiet and suprisingly peaceful.

Unfortunately, I have to start with the worst part of our experience here: the staff. They are ridiculously indifferent to our problems. They barely respond to our “hello” or questions (i wonder if they are robots😅), most of them never smile back and don’t care about making our stay more comfortable.
The breakfast has a few options, the same every morning: the coffee is average, the omelette is horrible, the bread is not fresh every day. Keep in mind that if you have a scheduled trip and you have to leave before breakfast you have to announce at least 24 hrs earlier if you want them to give you a packed lunch.
Another tip: they won’t clean your room, change your towels or replace your toilet paper, unless you tell them to.
Also, it is extremely difficult to keep warm-cold balance in the rooms. Sorry I have to tell that but the bathrooms smelled like urine all the time because of the sewer. Such a shame…

Stayed one night in Tallinn and wanted to be close to the Terminal D for our ferry back to Helsinki.
Hestia is a budget chain and the Seaport was just that, a low cost hotel. The rooms are small but there is enough space for two individuals. The bathroom was tiny and the open shower area is very cramped.
The beds are thin mattress covers over a mattress kind of frame, not very comfortable with one very thin pillow and thin bed cover.
Breakfast was actually very good. Hot dishes and breads with cereals and yogurts. The coffee was great and the breakfast services were excellent.
It worked for one night.

Rooms were comfortable and had everything you need.
The hotel is however not very sound proof and every guest sounds like an umpa lumpa when walking around their room. You can hear babie cry a floor above you!
Other than that, breakfast is good and the ladies working there are friendly and efficient.

Good value for a quick overnight stay.
The floor in the room was not very clean and the quality of breakfast was poor. The hot food was cold!
