Great place to stay midway between old town and the ferry terminals. Only 5 minute walk to either. Rooms are compact but very functional so it is comfortable for two. The share kitchen is efficient. Laundry machines are available though expensive @ 10€. Parking is below the hotel @ 10€/day.

I booked this hotel long ago with the only reason - to wake up with a sea view. I could stay with friends, family or better hotel. But o chose this hotel for the sea view to celebrate my birthday. Th staff tells me to come back in time and write in details of booking a “sea view”.

Great stay. Clean and stylish/modern facilities.
Easy check in and out with the self service.
Great living room spaces to chill with friends and kitchen.
Very convenient to have a fridge.
Heard from our friends that their room was much bigger and it was quite tight with the baby cott.
But of course that's probably depending on availability of other rooms.

A nice model of the future hotel with minimal staff on site. (They still have the polite and smiling staff at the 24/7 counter in the back). A cafe at front. Trendy and modern interior designs and the recycling garbage bin.
Suggestion:
1. The room AC in summer is necessary.
2. Self check out could have been easier by inserting the card first for direct verification, instead of typing in the reservation number first.

Overall, a very good hotel with an amazing location just 10-15 minutes from the old town. A shopping center with a grocery store (Rimi) is 5 minutes away for those who prefer to save a few euros on restaurants. The hotel has very nice and clean rooms with great designs. Only a few things I didn't like: the room lacks fresh air circulation, and the air conditioning is not very controllable. Also, if someone bangs a door in the corridor, you can feel the vibration inside the room, but I didn't hear any outside noises.Still five stars in my opinion.

If you want a box in a city - this is your place. Mostly empty box. Little usable furniture. No glasses, or extra towels. No TV. No kettle. Not even a floor mat for the open shower. So the bathroom floor is a wet floor. (They give you a mop!! First time I've had to mop a floor in a hotel)
No kettle so you need to go down first thing to buy coffee from their kitchen.
If I knew I'd have to go down to floor 3, to the "shared kitchen to get a paper cup so I could drink water in my room - I'd never have come here.
It's all "style" and "cool" ( what many other reviewers seem enamored by).
Also- there's a lot of construction around the hotel so makes it hard to walk around.
I wouldn't stay here or any other citybox again.

The breakfast was good and the room was sufficient. However, the shower was poor and water flooded the bathroom and you could see mould. There was even a mop in our room.
Happy if room was cheap but as it was 150 euros and the price on the day was 40 euros less I am harsher.

Easy self check in/out which I don’t mind there’s no human contact. It’s clean it’s new. Great value which is good for my city stay and location is perfect in between the port and old town. I went to Helsinki by cruise for one day easily. And walked to city easily as well. Opposite to hotel is the Rotermann quarter. Lots of good dining and shopping places.

The lobby is large, and there is a self check-in and check-out. The hotel is incredibly quiet and there is a restaurant. There are 5 floors in total. The rooms are fairly large and they look wonderful. The bathroom is nice and the beds are comfortable. There is a large, long desk where you can put away your belongings.

Honestly the price to quality ratio is amazing.
Check in is so easy and although the rooms are basic (expected for the price)
They are incredibly well designed with big windows for good natural lighting.
The beds are super comfortable which was a surprise as where the pillows.
Lastly the big rain shower was perfect and really relaxing.
Am fairly sure I wouldn’t find a better hotel for €38 a night.
