The room, one of expensive sauna rooms had some defects - broken reading light bulb, shower head holder not staying still. However, following a written complaint the hotel responded within 24 hours and fixed both items. Good service. To be fair, the hotel is situated in the old town (walking distance for everything), has a great breakfast, and for a short 3 day trip its great. The hotel was fully booked when I stayed.

Pros: Sauna in the room, and also location. It's just steps away from Viru gate with plenty of night life around the corner. Cons: No Aircon or fan, so we had to sleep with the windows open, problem is the night life continues until 4am. I wore ear plugs so no issue with me. Carpet is a little old, mattress sags in the middle. But we slept ok.

Room was clean and had a lovely big shower. Very close to old town Tallin, everything we needed was only minutes away. The staff were great and available 24/7

A bit dated but excellent value for money overall. The location really is brilliant and the best thing about here. The only downside being that depending which way your room faces you may hear loud music from nearby bars at night. The sauna is €50 for 2 hours which is frankly absurd, and I wouldn't bother with the breakfast again for €14, better off going elsewhere nearby somewhere, but I would stay here again.

Great value for money! Perfectly situated in the old town, close to the new shopping centres. We had a small double room with breakfast included. The room was normal size, tidy and very quiet. No view though. Beds are too soft for tired middle aged backs 😅 The breakfast is ok, but the buffet is served in a tight corner - a bit annoying if there are many people waiting.

Perfect location, although my bedroom’s view was a wall. Poor insulation made me hear the loud music from the cafes and restaurants nearby until late at night.
Best porridge ever, but could improve variety in their breakfast as well as cleanliness in the common areas. The stairs for the second floor were always dirty, and a lot of guests use them.

Excellent value! Breakfast was free and top notch. Room had a beautiful view. Staff was friendly. Not modern but I would gladly stay again.

The only good things I found here were parking, breakfast and hotel staff.
Location is excellent, but you should keep in mind, that there are no soundproof windows or walls in this hotel. You will hear every noise coming from neighbour room or outside, music and drunk people shouting on the street under your window.
I got a room that had a view to a wall. Room was outdated with a dirty carpet and a bed that is caved in so you will roll to the middle constantly. Didn’t had any sleep…

The only thing I liked is a parking place in old town. But neither Waze, neither google maps will show the proper way to this hotel, so it is an adventure :)
Price was good.
Don't like:
1. Wifi is incredibly low or almost absent in a room.
2. The floor/carpet in a room was very durty.
3. No soap and shampoo in a room.
4.The breakfast area is too small so you should wait for a long until someone prepare the toast and spread a butter on it.
5. No any conditioner: was very hot, and if you open the window - until 2 a.m. it is very loudly so no chance to sleep. Almost 24C degree in a room.

The hotel is very well located in The Old Town and it's just under 15 min from the airpot. Very clean and staff are very friendly and efficient, also very close to all Tallinn main attractions, also there are lots of amenities just around the corner. The hotel is very clean but a bit dated. The breakfast is OK and worth the price if bought in advance with your booking.
