Magnificent charming hotel in the heart of Tallinn!
I was given the free upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which I really appreciated - not least because it happened to be my birthday at the same time. Also appreciated the sweet treats and sparkling wine in the room. Really made the day that much better.
Staff throughout our stay were really nice, particularly Vadym, who is more than a consummate professional.
In all, I thought this was a very impressive hotel and I would certainly like to come back in the future!

I have stayed for 2 nights în this well situated 3 star hotel. Without elevator în a 3 floor building, I am amazed they got 5 start. I was în the biggest room, presidential suite, the room was smelling upon arrival very bad, at 1 o clock the receptionists kept us 30 minutes to check the IDs that were already sent by the agency! I recomand it if you are looking for a central 3 star hotel, with quality shower gel and shampoo!
Later edit: As I cannot reply to your comment, I will write here for the ones who read, at a distance of 50 meters, there is an old building, the post building, that has a newly built-in elevator inside. So, your excuse is not quite good. And about the lists for the group, for the checkin, I inform you that the people who arrived at 1 am, were not running away and the details could be filled în next morning. But as I have told you, your team is not very polite and guest oriented. About smoking, I still do not know any proofs, and room 21 the people who were sleeping there are not smokers. So, be careful also with yhe fines as you can fine all your guests upon your imagination! Very nice approach!

Spent 4 nights at this great hotel and besides an absolute perfect location for a brief exploration of Tallinn this hotel has everything you can wish for and more.
Old school excellent level of service, quality rooms and a really nice breakfast buffet including mimosas :D

A great hotel right in the old town of Tallinn, super friendly staff. Super rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast with fresh egg dishes and more, highly recommended.

One of the best hotel I have stayed. The staff were great and very tentative. We had the one bedroom suite, the place was very regal and filled with history. I throughly enjoy my stay here with everything walking distance.
Also the reception is very cosy with the fireplace and drink service.

Milena, you are fantastic at checking people in. Just one recommendation: I would have preferred to answer the questions on the iPad myself rather than have you enter it for me. English is my second language and it took me a while to understand the check in questions. It would be faster if I can read them myself.

Favorites: The fireplace in the lobby in the winter. They make it so enjoyable, that was our favorite part of the stay. The breakfast which is included, is very decadent! We also loved the Balmain toiletries.
Fun fact: There is a cigar room next to where you eat breakfast. I didn’t know that even existed!

One of the best properties we have stayed at. Hospitality and customer service is unparalleled! Hotel is a small boutique property — very cozy.
They have a traditional Finnish sauna on site as well as a jacuzzi. Location is also unbeatable in the heart of Old Town. Highly recommend! Restaurant on site, as well as the daily breakfast buffet, is phenomenal. Hotel is quaint and phenomenally designed.

Sadly one night as my husband is working with Estonian divers. However he has been to Tallinn many times but my first. He chose this hotel for me and it is everything I could wish for. We will return to continue the magic of the old town and beautiful old hotel. Mr Mrs Marshall. England.

Positives - a lovely central location and the trained staff know what they are doing
Negatives - their trainees are left to fend for themselves which means more often than not they don’t have a clue what they are doing. They also just spend time on their personal phones giggling and not being professional. What’s the point of having trainees if you won’t train them? Rooms are left dirty and are incredibly uncomfortable. Simple things - like the internal phone - don’t work and issues won’t be addressed.
You are paying for a pretty place and central location - nothing more and nothing less.
