Rixwell Collection Savoy Boutique Hotel in Tallinn

The hotel is very well located making it easy to access many tourist sites from here.
I have an autoimmune condition and require a lot of fresh water to drink. We were very surprised that there is no water in the rooms and one is required to fetch water from a single water cooler in reception if you want water in the room. We were told that as the hotel is no longer 5* there is no water in the rooms...ver strange explanation.
Why bother have tea and coffee items in the room if there is no water provided?

There are not enough plugs in the rooms to charge electrical items and they are not easily accessible to someone with mobility or dexterity issues.

One person to manage all activities the entire breakfast room is not enough, and service suffers. She cannot reasonably sign in guests, replenish the breakfast, clear tables and maintain the coffee machine (which showed an error saying it needed a service!)

The room was ok, but you can hear noises from the street and from the rooms next door- was a bit awkward! Perhaps explore the installation of white noise machines? Think this would be a better solution than the cheap ear plugs in the dresser?

Charging extra for extra towels was also very unexpected - even for a 4, not a 5* hotel (as the person at reception was quick to remind us!)
