The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo

Make this your address while in Cairo! The location couldn't be better. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Housekeeping is excellent. The pool is a perfect respite from the crowds of Cairo. Highly recommended!

A great 2 nights stay, check in was fast and smooth a Bonvoy members room upgrade was provided by the amazing staff.

The deluxe rooms were very clean and spacious with unmatched views of the Nile.

Room service and housekeeping were very attentive providing all requests.

The hotel pool was an added value great service and very enjoyable.

I would like to dedicate special thanks to Mr Omar Mattar and Guest Relations Coordinator for being very helpful before and during our check in/out process at the RC Cairo. They also upgraded our room to Nile View, which is perfect!. The location is walking distance to the downtown and Egyptian Museum(which is still open regardless of new museum opened in Giza). There are ATM and money changer which is very convenient. I just wish the food quality of in room service could be better. To compare the in room service of Renaissance Cairo, RC Cairo need to learn or improve from them. The security team at the back of the hotel (museum side) is not really helpful as well. They only know how to chase you out and not guiding you to come from the front of the hotel (Nile side). I just hope they would change the attitude of being hostile to welcoming to tourists.

Hotel Ritz Carlton in Cairo is a remarkable place known for its excellent service and warm hospitality. The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and always ready to meet even the most demanding expectations. Thanks to them, staying at the hotel becomes a truly pleasant experience.

One of the hotel's greatest advantages is the stunning views of the Nile and the pyramids, which can be enjoyed from some rooms and terraces, especially when the air is clear and free from smog. These breathtaking views add a unique charm to the stay and allow guests to truly experience the magic of Cairo.

However, while the service is top-notch, the rooms do need modernization to meet contemporary standards. The furnishings and decor are somewhat outdated and could benefit from a refresh to better meet the expectations of 21st-century guests. Despite this, the overall impression of the stay is very positive, mainly due to the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the incredible views.

I would like to express my gratitude towards the hotel hospitality upon my visit. I have really touched a great sense of professionalism from Mr. Basem Melad and all the ritz staff. One of the best hotel in Cairo. Also premium location.

I stayed here on my first trip to Egypt, Cairo. It took about 40 minutes by taxi from the airport. I arrived early in the morning, but I was able to check in early. The Nile view rooms were fully booked, so I got a city view room, which was very nice. There was a bathtub and the room was spacious. It was also convenient that the Egyptian Museum was right next door. There are several restaurants in the hotel, where you can enjoy Italian food, etc.
It was also my first time using the spa, and it was a very good experience.
The cost of accommodation, food and drink, and spa are all cheap, so I would recommend this hotel when staying in Cairo.

A very nice hotel with views of the Nile River. The rooms were comfortable - particularly the beds. They were clean and well-appointed, though a little dated. We appreciated the free bottles of water and the choice of coffee and kettles in the room. The staff offered us a child-sized bathrobe and child toiletries for our 8-year-old, which we appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the buffet, which we visited for both breakfast and dinner. The crepe and waffle station was a particular highlight.
