The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo in Cairo

The service was incredibly professional and warm, making my stay truly enjoyable. The entire hotel left a fantastic impression on me, and the breakfast spread was excellent.

The room facilities are a bit old but clean and well-maintained. The mattress isn't great. Breakfast is pretty good for Egypt, and the service is excellent. However, I wouldn't recommend booking a Nile view room because the Nile cruise music plays all night until dawn.

Nice location , convinient room layout, appropriate facilities

Very nice people and the hotel is amazing the view is breathtaking

Let’s start from the front desk. The staff are very friendly and very helpful especially Mr. Ahmad and Nadeem they were so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great.

 Housekeeping supervisor Mr. Mohammad was very understandable of the guests’ needs, and the young guy at the housekeeping NoorEdeen was professional.

 Overall the hotel and the staff offered amazing hospitality, service and a great stay.

The stay at the ritz Carlton egypt hotel was more than good. We enjoyed the stay. It was unique. The service. The breakfast service and all its staff were wonderful. Good hotel. We only stayed for one night without breakfast but we saved our luggage there for a few days. The service is quite good

Make this your address while in Cairo! The location couldn't be better. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and tastefully appointed. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Housekeeping is excellent. The pool is a perfect respite from the crowds of Cairo. Highly recommended!
