Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

Sadly our room in this hotel suffered from external noise, which whilst not the fault of the hotel directly. I did feel that better efforts could have been made to sound proof the rooms. Every time I come to Alexandria, I stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is on the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Now the breakfast has been changed to outdoor dishes that are not fresh, and the experience has become worse.

The hotel is high-end and luxurious, with a magnificent atmosphere. The house is exquisitely decorated, beautiful, practical and generous, with a large living room and balcony. The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful and charming, and it is definitely worth staying.

Hospitality from the parking to the reception and during the stay was so warm. Housekeeping and many request can take sometime due to the high season occupation with a little amount of staff. I suggest increasing the manpower during high season for a complete perfect stay.
