Beach: own, sandy, is pebbles, a pontoon to a depth of 150 m. the Recommended special shoes. The length of the beach 400 m. we recommend special shoes. Umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The pool: umbrellas, chairs, mattresses, towels – free of charge.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard.

Attention! Guests can use free of charge the Aqua Park for adults nearby hotel BEACH ALBATROS RESORT 4*.

Attention! Beach towels tourists are in the room (not issued on the beach and around the pools). Guests to visit the beach or pools take beach towels from your room, and at the end of use bring them back to the room. Evening cleaner change dirty towels for clean ones. For loss of beach towels is a penalty, so to avoid conflict situations do not leave towels on the sun loungers on the beach and around the pools.

Super animators. The bed is great. The only complaint is the beach by the sea and its access. And the beach bar is missing. Animation perfect. Special dinners above and beyond. The pools are spacious and warm. The food is varied and tasty. The evening bars are great, especially the sports bar. Thank you for the holiday.

It was very nice stay with a great hospitality and cleanliness, Everything was nicely dynamic , The pool is so clean with very careful life savers all the time. The restaurants were excellent with nice variety of foods, The animation team was perfect and very caring about kids in all kids activities.
Amazing shows and parties and welcoming staff all day . It was very pleasant stay and definitely we will be back .. Thank you I

Spent our vacation there. The check in wasn't the smoothest, they were giving our bracelets already without even asking who are we, I had to ask them to check our passport and get our booking checked, only after this was done a proper check in. The design of the building is nice. We payed extra to get a pool view room. Room is spacious enough and nice but the bathroom need some renovation. Bed was a little hard. No towel decoration for us, although we saw in other rooms,maybe our tips was not enough for the cleaning crew. Aircondition works fine but way too loud, we've got used to it. The territory of the hotel is nice and everything is kept clean. Their beach is mostly empty because you can't swim straight from the beach, you have to walk on a platform and from there you can go to the water. Mostly everyone is going to the neighbor hotel for the beach. Staff and animation team is friendly and helpful. Alcoholic beverages doesn't have any alcohol in them or just very low percentage. Didn't see anybody drunk, I tried myself, couldn't get drunk. In the restaurants everybody can find something what they gonna like, and the food actually tastes good. Last 3 days got diarrhea, pharmacist told us to don't consume any ice, fish, tea/coffee, so I guess one of these were the reason for our stomach problems. Next to all the small negative things the positive things were in majority and I enjoyed my vacation here, nice hotel, nice views and pools, you can use the brother hotel's slides, beach and even the restaurant as I understood.

Amazing resort with the friendliest staff ! Everyone from the receptionists, to the waiters, to the cleaners... so friendly! The pools were amazing and the sea water a dream! The entire resort is spotlessly clean. The resort is so large that you never feel it's overcrowded. A small minus point is the quality of the food and the alcoholic beverages. All in all an amazing hotel!

Location: The Hotel is located directly on the beach and therefore offers an ideal location for a beach holiday. The surrounding area is quiet and well-kept. The bus takes about 15 minutes from and to the airport.

Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. They are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Food: The food at the hotel was excellent with one exception. The buffet at the main restaurant was very varied and offered something for every taste. We particularly enjoyed the food in the Moroccan restaurant. The food in the beach restaurant was unfortunately a bit disappointing.

Service: The service at the hotel was simply top notch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They always went out of their way to fulfill our requests.

Facilities: The pool area is very large and offers something for everyone. There is a separate area for children, an adult relaxation area and a large pool for swimming. The beach area is not quite as beautiful, but you can reach a small house reef via a jetty, where you can snorkel well.

Entertainment: The evening entertainment program was quite nice, even if a bit too loud for our taste.

Overall: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel and would recommend it. The hotel is ideal for a family vacation with children.

Due to the late departure, 4 days before departure we asked for a late checkout, we were told that there was no problem for an additional fee and that we should come the day before departure. We came the day before departure and were told there were no seats. This is kind of a failure. At this price for the hotel, this is unthinkable. Everyone says something different. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !! For the money there are many better hotels in Egypt.

The whole experience was great. I was afraid that the hotel might be old. After arrival, I was totally happy with my stay. The Hotel and the team went above and beyond expectations. Thanks for the lovely memories we have created at your facility and a special thanks to Mr Mohamed Rashed who assured that every moment of our stay was enjoyable.

We (couple 27, 28 years old from Germany) spent one week in the hotel. The room was clean and room service came every day. There are so many restaurants, which are all excellent. With the buffets there is an huge offer of dishes, even for vegetarians, The big pool with the bar was a bit fresh (in March), the jaccuzy pool was a lot warmer. There is also a lot of space, so if you don't reserve a place, it's no problem to get one later. All the waiters and stuff were always so nice an helpful. We also loved the animation team: very funny young people - but also very professional. In the evening after dinner we enjoyed the evening program - like live singers, dance and fire shows. Once there was a pool party (Schaumparty) and holy festival. On top you are allowed to use the water slides from the hotel "Beach" which is next to Palace.
All in all, it was a very special experience for us. We will come back!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Before you even had to ask, they were there to help. They always smiled and their service was good. The food was really good and seasoned. The chefs were also very kind and had a smile on their face! The cleaning staff cleaned the room very neatly. It felt like you came back to the room before your holiday started, that’s how clean they made it.
