The staff was lovely and was anticipating our needs !
You can find anything that you need in the hotel and we appreciated a lot the table tennis table in a protected area so we could use it even if it was windy.
The hotel was clean.
The food was quite nice.
The sheets and towels were changed every day.
The food was great, fresh and with a lot of varieties for each of the meals. The drinks were also great.
The beach and the sea were also great.
There was entertainment during the day and in the evenings for everyone.

This hotel is a definite recommendation!
The hotel has three pools and a private beach. The all-inclusive offer is truly great, with a variety of dishes for all tastes. Additionally, fresh water, sodas, juices, and alcohol (cocktails, beer) are available every day and all day long.
To change things up from the buffet, you can reserve at the Italian or Oriental restaurant, which adds a very appreciated touch of variety. If you stay for at least a week, meals are offered at these restaurants on the house. Thanks to the tireless restaurant and service staff.
The hotel also includes a few shops for those who enjoy shopping without leaving the complex. Many providers are also available to organize excursions.
Additionally, entertainment activities are organised throughout the day, especially in the evening with thematic shows that create a festive and enjoyable atmosphere. We appreciated the energy of the animation team.
Finally, we would like to thank all the hotel staff for their warm welcome and impeccable service. I highly recommend the Mercure Hurghada for a pleasant stay!
