Safe, reliable and enlgish speaking which is great.

There were not enough plug points in the room. The washroom had thr necessary amenities but there is no jet spray to use after using commode. We used the same towels for 4 days

We waited until 0930 and then we finally managed to get in. The first room that we were given was not the same that we booked so we requested in reception for change in room to which they happily complied

Our room was massive with a balcony attached. The room had good amenities with dental and shower kits. They also provided slipper sets. The environment was wonderful with cooperative staff members

The breakfast buffet has good choice of food. Even though the hotel is 4 star but looks quite old. Some of the furnitures are aged. The balcony was big but the window panels were full of dust

There were no additional dental kits and we loterally ran out of tooth paste. Despite these, the hotel is very spacious with peaceful environment and a swimming pool

Nice people, but hotel position is not so good. Rooms are far from what you can see on the pictures. I was locked inside the bathroom because handle was not working properly.

The food was continental but absolutely edible. The garden with swimming pools is also beautiful, so you can relax after a day of sightseeing. It was a great hotel, I hope it hasn't changed for the worse

Our room was spacious, with all the comforts and a beautiful view of the pyramids of Giza. Beautifully lit in the evening. Cleanliness was normal, I didn't find anything out of place

A few years ago I stayed in this beautiful hotel in the pyramid area after a 5 day cruise on the Nile. At first glance it was perfect! Excellent entrance, huge and sumptuous

We booked a room with city view but on arrival we got upgraded to the pyramid view room with balcony and it was spectacular

Wonderful budget friendly hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff! They have a few dedicated drivers/guides available to schedule for anything from a quick trip out to dinner to a full-blown all-day guided tour around Cairo

I had one day with nothing planned so I asked one of the drivers, Said, to show me around to his favorite spots and we had a great day full of handmade pottery, coffee and tea along the Nile, a little bit of shopping downtown and capped it off with a delicious feast of some amazing Egyptian food! I really felt welcome staying here for my 6 day trip - a truly unforgettable experience

But still, most boxes were checked and it's a place where business and family travelers can book and stay with peace of mind

The only downside - poor internet speeds and not a very friendly neighborhood for exploring during the down times

We had to switch rooms multiple times because the sheets and towels were not changed in many of them. They are ALL smoking rooms, and it is VERY noisy. Wifi never worked while we were there

I stayed in this hotel about five months ago and it was still under construction or now I am happy with what I saw because it is one of the most beautiful places around nature and the staff are very friendly and a normal luxury restaurant of the highest quality has been established I think its name is Tasty Walpole also was wonderful

the staff was very accomodating. the view to the pyramids amazing. only issue was air conditioning, and we had to plan to leave in order for it to get addressed. The best part of the hotel?? THE SAVA SPA

Breakfast was NOT edible (also no coffee) but there is a good restaurant just outside hotel (opens at 9am, so not before your tours). The carpeting throughout is terribly dirty and sandy

Indiana is a Solid 3 Stars hotel , spacious and clean rooms, good bathroom, and excellent helpful staff. The roof top cafe have amazing views for Cairo tower and the Nile. For a nice budget hotel in Cairo i recommend it

The facilities in the hotel are very poor

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them

The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good

The transportation is quite convenient, but there is no village or store in the back, so you have to take an Uber to go out! There is a swimming pool with good lighting

The only reason I gave it 5 points is that I stayed in four hotels in Egypt. The handsome receptionist at this hotel was the first one who saw that I was Chinese and used translation software to talk to me in Chinese

Nice welcome at entrance and they accepted visitors to the room and for me even late at night. Prices are expensive but I think it's affordable with their good service

The waiters can speak English and have a good service attitude. There are restaurants, convenience stores and ATM machines nearby, which is very convenient.

It was the first time to visit a guest there, and I discovered that hotel that not known by me before as it's in side street of the Nile St. The hotel lounge is big and there rooms are so clean with nice furniture

Amazing Stay at Stay Inn! Our experience at Stay Inn Hotel was fantastic! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but what truly made our stay special was Ahmed Ayman at the front desk

For breakfast you can ask for an omelet and a coffee latte which is included. It is a little noisy at night, hotel doors stick unfortunately. Outside in the street Egyptians like to honk their horns at all hours

Many places of food and shopping centers were located around the hotel. Easy to catch taxi but do allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport in taxi as traffic is hilarious

The accommodation covered all of the amenities of needs, such as tea and coffee in the room and bottles of water, and included a nice breakfast in the restaurant

The hotel also has a pool, a rooftop terrace, and a restaurant, which makes the stay very comfortable

I would only mention, politely, that the rooms on the 4th floor are not as beautiful or updated as the others I stayed in, but the overall quality of the hotel remains very good

Friendly staff, clean and good for the price. On the down side the pool is almost 100% a public swimming pool that is used for lessons and races from 4:30am to 12pm, so there is shouting, whistles etc from 4:30am

Comfortable stay with warm Egyptian hospitality I stayed 4 nights at Jewel Zamalek Hotel Cairo, in different rooms, and overall, I had a very good experience

On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. 75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it

An excellent place to spend a day in the Nile River and watch the non-recurring and stunning views of it

The cabins are well furnished and the space is reasonable, but the restaurant is not diverse, but the Sun Dick is wonderful, especially at sunset, and at this time they make a Nile cruise

The Nile cruise sails for two hours in the Nile, I advise you to try it

Had a very scary experience and the management and staff have been super incredible with their hospitality. The room, service, food, wifi and the list goes on is 10/10

Small hotel but very nice service

When we stayed there the wifi was not working throughout the whole stay which was very inconvenient as we had just arrived from the airport and needed to book a lot of other places and do research for the rest of the trip

The bathroom was clean although it showed many signs of age. There is noise from the streets but that is Cairo. There is no double glazed windows but you can ask for a room in a higher floor which reduces the noise

The hotel is showing it's age, but i found my room comfortable, the air con was not too noisy, the mattress was comfortable the sheets crisp, and they gave us a king sized bed when we asked for one

The staff were all extremely friendly. The view was nice overlooking the Nile. The pool was the public pool of maadi, it was nice with lanes to swim in. Females swum at a different time to the males

Someone happened to be getting married at night, and I was forced to watch the wedding for free until 12 o'clock. I couldn't take a shower, the faucet was broken, and I didn't have the wifi to use my own data

The swimming pool was dirty and unusable. It was a miserable experience, the price was 915, but it was not bad because it was on the Nile River, facing west, and it was cool in the morning

As far as I’m aware most of the day was male swimming. The breakfast included was awesome, it was traditional Egyptian breakfast. I would definitely recommend going here

It is not recommended to stay here. It is said to be four stars, but in fact it feels like a B&B with no services at all. The rent is collected on the spot after 4 o'clock in the afternoon

Pros: Nice rooftop bar with many varieties of drinks (Soft and Alcohol). Interesting varieties of food ( Indian and Italian). Decent and professional staff. The roof at the 6 floor accessible with elevator

The new design for the roof is unique and modern. The listing music at the background was good. Cons: Over priced rooftop bar. When it became busy u can't reach the waiters easily

So to be honest they should have a bit of training in how they deal with their guest in house … Don’t recommend it if your flight time is tight as this might lead to more time consuming while checking out

I wish next time they have improved because the location is very convenient , the staff very helpful, they even sent a taxi if you ask to transfer you. They just need to take care of the cleaningness of rooms

OK its located on the 4th floor of a building but you have friendly doormen downstairs and there is an elevator. Also there are some little shops next door to the hotel to get juice or cigarettes

You feel like you travel on time machine. Be prepared there is smoking areas inside. But hotel workers was so nice. You are in the middle of Zamalek. Down the street a lot of restaurants. Don't afraid to try shawarma

This place is a comfortable hotel where you feel at home. All the staff are great and they are happy to help you with anything :) The lobby area has comfy seating to chill out with some food or some beer

The position of the hotel is a big plus : it is close enough to the city centre but it is situated in a nice quiet street in Zamalek. The rates are good and you definitely get value for your money

We booked a superior room and stayed here for two weeks so far. Our room is very clean, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. AC works perfectly and the shower is strong

There's no getting around that. There is no air conditioning. BUT the staff is GREAT!!! I enjoyed every person that I met and found them helpful and gracious. I am grateful for their hospitality

Nice and direct view to the Pyramids. The food and drinks are not the same as menu. Food quality is 50% accepted I donot Recommend the food there, try to only drink normal beverages
