Rooms are a bit dated but still in good shape. Great pool area that is quiet. Very good breakfast buffet incl free espresso. Staff is largely absent but very efficient

One is a buffet that provides the included breakfast. Both can accommodate food restrictions. There is a lounge and relaxing pool with a swim-up bar and an outdoor fitness center

A five-star hotel near the pyramids, it is very convenient to get up early and go to the pyramids. The breakfast is white food, I am not used to it, but I can eat enough

The hygiene is OK No toothbrush is provided, there are large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, and slippers Compared with Mina Palace Marriott, it is more affordable, and compared with the pyramids, the service is better and safer

So far it's my favorite hotel in Cairo. We stayed for a day and we had access to the pool and gym which is usually limited for the very short stays in other places

The room and facilities are old, and the lighting is dim. The air conditioning is sufficient. The bed sheets, quilt covers and towels are old and have obvious signs of use

Well there is one area in Cairo to stay and Om Kolthoorm is the best value for money you can get. The staff is soooo friendly and they will out of there way for you. We are a family of 8, and we took 4 rooms all great

We requested an extra cover and a hair dryer and they gladly provided them. The staff are very kind and cheerful whether the receptionist Mahmoud, the 2 ladies from the house keeping or the staff at the buffet

So when I arrived I made the same requet and I was told they would check the room and get back to me but I waited an hour without a reply so I went to check again and they asked me to wait for another 10 mins

If they had told me from the begging that it would take more than an hour I would have had breakfast early in the café near by because I'd just returned from a 12 hrs long road trip

The hotel is laid out very nicely, and has several amenities on site including an Olympic sized swimming pools, a bowling alley, and a cinema

The hotel was really nice, we had a pleasant stay. Ahmed at the reception was awesome, he offered me a room upgrade and was always giving me tips and advice every time I asked a question. Will definitely stay there again

Al Masa Hotel is a Gem!!! I had no idea what to expect. I usually stay at the Ritz-Carlton but, this time, I needed to stay some place closer to Nasr City

It's also a resort, so I imagine that in the summer it could be quite loud to have a room facing the pool

Since the walkig grounds of the property are large, they also offer complimentary golf cart services. It features multiple restaurants on site. Each is also beautiful decorated

They treated us like gold, upgraded us to a room like I’ve never stayed in before. Two sliding glass patio doors one out the living room, one in the bedroom, both leading to the pool which was beautiful

A very pleasant experience, perfect in every way. Special praise to the reception manager Abdel Fatah Mohamed for answering the phone even though he was on leave and leading an excellent team to find my lost coat quickly

Also the heated covered pool is perfect for unwinding before or after your treatment, making it ideal for “me time,” a girls’ day out, or even a special couples’ occasion

The outdoor pools were not heated and unused, whilst the pool in the spa is a lovely warm temperature

The staff are very welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to make the stay comfortable. Good facilities in the hotel including gym, sauna and spa which a beautiful 18 hole golf course to suit

I’ve enjoyed three visits to this spa already this year, and each time has been a true retreat. The Swedish massage is my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for deep relaxation

We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside

The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty

The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. In fact it made you feel safe

The hotel looks small from outside, but I got amazed how big it is from inside. Besides, it is so close to Fifth Settlement, Heliopolis and Nasr City. It was my first visit, but definitely not my last

The room is spacious and clean, the decor was fine, and the beds are comfortable. The pool is very good and it's heated, but it is very crowded as people just come in the afternoon and evenings for swimming lessons

Swimming pool is only for children, there was a spa and swimming sessions for females, unfortunately it was a monthly membership. There was also a gym for both men and women

It's a good place to go with kids. The only other problem was the big screen TV before the pool was very loud

the hotel was super quite at night. Room was very tidy and clean, good AC. It was a little small, but for a 1 person it was ok. they told me it is not available. Breakfast was not the best but does the job
