A small suggestion that would improve the hotel experience- a larger swimming pool and more day beds as they’re all fully occupied close to sunset :)

I’ve been to Cairo five times, and every single visit brings me back to the Kempinski Nile Hotel. The service is exceptional, warm, and attentive in a way that always feels genuine

The view of the Nile from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. We were very satisfied with the variety of dishes served at the breakfast buffet. Location is in proximity to the Egyptian Museum and convenient

The property is beautiful, secure, and incredibly comfortable - easily the most relaxing place to stay in the city. I always leave feeling cared for, rested, and looking forward to returning

Ahmed was lovely as were the bar service jn tv pool bar! The breakfast is vast offering many options and the staff are very kind and attentive

The first day we wanted a boat ride and a staff member from the hotel walked us to the boat and made sure we were ok. That’s great service However the absolute best part of this trip was our tour guide Heba

The rooms are ok but few thing are not perfect such like towels and toilet rolls are not enough. everyday i asked those things. the Breakfast was good and swimming pool was extremely nice

Beautiful grounds, gardens and pool area. Rooms are satisfactory, breakfast and dinner are good. Take mosquito repellent, they're everywhere. Staff were friendly and the price was good value.

i spent 5 nights, the place is a beautiful and safe place, due to police security guard in reception. the staff are polite and friendly but English language can not understand everyone however it is not big drama

We attended the pool BBQ dinner. When they knew it was a birthday they played a song and offered us a complimentary cake. Special thanks to the General Manager and Marina for making this night so special

My brother spent his wedding day at Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, and it was an unforgettable experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish — the attention to detail, the warmth, and the genuine care from everyone made it feel like home

The 🇪🇬 Egyptian owner is an amazing business man as he knows how to make us his guests extremely happy and it's clear to me he invested into an amazing staff and top quality food, stunning flowers & paintings and top music - the staff played on piano so beautifully and brought really unique and glamorous atmosphere

My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay

I would say they have three items to improve: 1) bedroom maintenance (the towel hanger was almost falling), 2) they must have a kids’ playroom (they have enough space to create one), 3) They should provide a toothbrush, and toothpaste as amenities in the room (they are basically a transit hotel)

This hotel is the epitome of excellence in hospitality! Everything is done well, from the courteous customer service, to clean/comfortable beds, and an impeccable restaurant (EVOO) which serves a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner

The hotel’s location near Cairo airport was perfect for our early flight, allowing us to rest more comfortably before departure. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained

We always stay at Le Meridien when we are transiting. The staff is always great, receptive, and friendly, and the location is excellent. It's just a bridge distance from terminal 3

Wish we had had more time to explore the other amenities, such as the fitness center and spa. Everything was fabulous-- I would go back to Cairo, just to stay at this hotel!

One piece of advice is that if you are on the Nile side (great view!), there is a party boat across the river that is open late certain nights so bring ear plugs if the noise may bother you

Had a wonderful stay there for a week for a wedding. Location is great (near airport and close proximity to different popular areas in Cairo)

Resort is really good place to stay in and enjoy the holidays, with trees, plants, spa and swimming pool. Resort is very big in terms of land area. Only problem is the wifi is poor.

Very cozy, green, well-maintained, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions, and some speak Russian

The swimming pool offers refreshing water on hot days, and there's a bar next to the pool. There's also table tennis, billiards, and a gym

The room was nice and spacious and the service was very good. I would have rated it 4 stars, but the music at the pool restaurant was ridiculously loud even though everyone there was over 40 and nobody was at the pool

The room was nice and clean, and the internet was fast. It was a very comfortable stay. If breakfast isn't included, there's no need to spend $20 on a meal. You can order delivery from Taipei.

Mini-Bar Setup: Snacks were placed on a table under the TV as part of the mini-bar, with extremely high prices. This setup is impractical, especially for families with kids, and not something I've encountered elsewhere

Room: While the room was small, it was sufficient for one person. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was delicious and diverse. The omelets, in particular, were a highlight and very well-prepared

Despite requesting slippers and the mini-bar to be emptied three times, it took hotel staff over five hours to fulfill these simple requests, which was frustrating and unprofessional

Located not too far from city centre, a nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are nice and staff are courteous

I have not seen any SPG hotel (despite being a Platinum member for 9 consecutive years) where Lounge is open 24 hours. They have a nice bar and very nice restaurants. Spa and Swimming Pool is also nice

Stayed at the Le Meridian Hotel in Heliopolis this past week for six nights. Hotel was very nice and the entire staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this Hotel when visiting Cairo

Most nights have a duet singing English, Arabic and French songs

They also provide conference and banquetting facilities

regarding the hall, the AC was very cold when we turned it off a very bad smell started to come out, idk if it's the carpets or what but it was very bad we turned it on again Thank you for listening

After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system

It's awesome to be honest, I have recommended to my family in UK and USA. the better thing about here, the guys are very hospitality, rooms are very cleaning and pleasure

It's a pretty good hotel for the location, rooms are a little bit small however very clean with spacious bathroom. The vibes are good with the restaurants, however again the pool is very small in size for residents.

The only bad experience with me when I didn't find water in the room I called the reception and informed my request and they informed they will send water , but they didn't. Overall, it's ok for short staying periods

My room had a really good view of the pool and the rest of Cairo, it was really neat and everything was functional

The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy

Examples include, fast check in, adding a bed in the room in couple of minutes, leaving extra towels for shower in the room per my request, clean pool and Jacuzi, very friendly and helpful staff who go beyond their way to make your stay pleasant

My only feedback to the management is to make the jacuzzi a bit warmer as its current temperature is same as the heated pool. Als it would be great to have more pastries like French gateaux in the breakfast buffet
