TOO MUCH GOING ON - there are literally 4 wedding venues on the harbor side of the hotel. There is no peace or quiet at night. You can also hear the footsteps from the floor above you.

Secondly, the check in process takes too long.

The restaurant staff were not the friendliest.

The room a/c doesnt work well

The most beautiful hotel I have enjoyed because of the river Nile, the food, especially breakfast and the people in the breakfast room so helpful and teaching us Arabic language as well. Thanks also to the cleaners and receptionist Heba if I remember right. Thank you for your hospitality and generosity of keeping us warm when we were feeling cold. We wish to come back

I had a pleasant stay the place is a bet old but foras its a boat on the Nile it has to be to give it it's beautiful vibes..food is delicious room view is phenomenal. In general if u are fancying luxury this is not ur place..price is affordable..

This is a Boat and it needs to be emphasized. Of you're not looking to stay on a boat this is not for you.
However the service, food and staff are good.

Really nice hotel , new idea , the guest relation is amazing she knows all the guest and who came newly or not , she keeps following up regarding your stay , the view is amazing and this is the only place i felt actually safe sleeping alone , there is security on the clock even if you went upstairs to the lounge the double check if your a guest which for me felt safer , im an arab but i do recommend non arabs to stay there as there is not hustlers and they wont manipulate you for the prices just because your western not like other places. And they are very fast at responding for your needs , definitely will stay there again!
