Cairo, Suncity mail, Autostrad Road 🧭 Map
Great service. Location is good. If the food coat in the mole were open, it would be more great, but it was not their faultult
The facilities in the hotel are very poor
my mistake for not reading more reviews before booking. like most reviewed, it's a dated hotel beside an abandoned mall. loud music everyday from morning till wee morning, not for sound sensitive sleeper. cleanliness is questionable, the 2 drinking cups were dirty - 1 with hair, 1 with very visible stain. the staffs were the only commendable ones, with expectable service and friendliness, nothing beyond
The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them. Apparently they were not removed and replaced between guests.
The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that.
great place to stay near the airport and staff were great. rooms are a bit outdated and the room wasn’t the cleanest, we found bejeweled pieces everywhere in our room. it was a good enough place for us to shower and rest for a few hours due to a 20hr layover.

I want to thank Mr. Ihab for his hospitality and professionalism .
Rooms are new as everything had been renovated , with spacious bed and space without forgetting the great services too
Breakfast is continental
Wifi is fast which is important for my work.
Near from everything .
Definitely this is not my 1st visit and this place what i call home.
Decent hotel was visiting a friend there, great central location, mid range, seems to have a bar or dance club as I saw few shady faces, families be Ware !
I spent two weeks in Havana Hotel. At the end of the first week, the hotel's personnel became like family members for me. And at the end of the second week, they become for me like best friends. Many thanks to them for everything, and God bless them!
My room was so comfy, I felt right at home. The staff are very kind and helpful. Service here is great. The view was wonderful, overall a great place that I recommend.
Smoking in restaurant allowed and restaurant is too dark.
A cool place, I really like this Hotel.
Price was very reasonable, services great and people there are so kind.

Cairo, 4 Champollion Rd 🧭 Map
It's very convenient, just opposite the museum. I can't find this hotel on Google Maps. It's great to find such a cost-effective hotel in such a prime location.
It's okay. When I first arrived, it was midnight and I had to pay extra to check in. There were hairs on the bed. The facilities are old and the hygiene needs to be improved.
The hotel has a reception on the sixth floor. The room is small, but it is understandable in that area. You can walk to more prosperous restaurants in 10 minutes and experience local life. The Globus Liberation Square Station is just a few minutes' walk away, and the museum is even closer. The location is excellent, but overall, don't expect too much. It is not as good as a domestic 3-star hotel. I...
The hotel is very close to the museum and the Nile River, and the service is very professional. High cost performance
Good hotel location in downtown Cairo. Many restaurants are available in the area.
The hotel is beautiful and tidy, and the staff are helpful. A beautiful hotel. I have visited it 4 times before.

This hotel looks old, my room is fine, almost empty while I stayed there. It’s a main traffic area so it’s noisy all day long.
Great time
Wonderful Stay -Great Staff especially the front office,Every body is very helpful and smiling while the hotel is quiet and very clean ..Thank you
Very convenient location. Great staff and very clean I would come back and stay again
Amazing Location in the centre near the river. But it's the friendly staff that makes the difference. All people in the hotel are so nice and friendly especially Mr Sami who makes so much of an effort to please you. Thank you Mr Sami for everything you have done. It is quiet, clean and you feel safe. Breakfast is much more you can eat I feel sorry to waste that much food. Hotel is great value for the...

Easy walking access to my room from front entrance to lifts to my first floor room with views over the pool, Stage area, restaurants and palm trees. With small narrow balcony but with magnificently designed slim iron work which gave me perfect views all around the pool areas . Loud noise from cars all day / night. Good maid service - Helpful receptionist
Great location, but there's no sign on the building's facade. The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear the neighbors very clearly.
The room was great and clean , the location was very Great.the staff were very kind and the manger was very friendly ,l recommend it
The staff are very friendly. The bed and bedding were very clean and nice. The breakfast was just adequate, 2 boiled eggs, 1 bread, 1cheese triangle, and 1 jam. Tea or coffee, but no milk for tea. We had to wait 50 minutes for breakfast to arrive. The location is fabulous, in the heart of downtown Cairo. The hotel is a bit tired and we had issues with the waste pipe in the sink, it went all over the...
So friendly and professional working staff!!
As a group of 5 friends in 2 rooms, they keep our rooms clean for all the 6 nights.
Lovely breakfast as well! Every day they serve breakfast of local type-bread, amazing cheeses, yogurt, marmalade/chocolate/honey, boiled/fried eggs, coffee, fresh juices (safe!) One day, we had to leave early for a day trip and prepared our food to boxes-to-go!

The actual situation is different with the photos on the booking site. Windowless rooms. The location of the hotel is also not very good. It's a place you might not want to visit on your own. We rented a tour from the hotel. Guide Fatma is an amazingly good guide.
They are very very kind. Our room had an amazing view just in front of the pyramids. The breakfast was quite good and with a wide variety of things.
I am very happy to have chosen this place.
Best hotel view!! Breakfast everyday in front of the Pyramids was my favorite activity!!
We stayed there in August 2121.
The location: though in a very poor part of Giza, I felt safe all the time, even when wedecided to explore the back alleys as a way to escape th scalpers (the main route is directly to the entrance of the pyramids compound); and it allowed an impossible to beat view of the Pyramids! To move around, Uber is the best option.

The environment is nice, but it's very close to the event venue, so it can be very noisy late at night if there's a wedding, making it difficult to fall asleep. Other than that, the facilities and services are very good. It's best to check event availability before booking.
Housekeeping was excellent
Check in was horrible
Took 2 hours to check in and get luggage.
They tried to charge extra
Visa wouldn’t work for check in had to pay cash
Response time to fix ac was too long
Hotel is ok. Not bad. But not value for money. Rates seems high as compared to what they are offering. No outside food allowed. No Cafe. Limited options in breakfast. Internet very very slow. One cannot work from the hotel. Safety is good. Balconies are big.
It was the best hospitality ever, the staff were very kind and helpful, special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman from the reception, he was very professional and helped me with everything I needed. Special thanks also to Mr. Abdullah Saad from the housekeeping team, he was very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman from the restaurant for his excellent service. My only complaint about food and beverage...
Old hotel. The only reason I gave it 5 points is that I stayed in four hotels in Egypt. The handsome receptionist at this hotel was the first one who saw that I was Chinese and used translation software to talk to me in Chinese.
The transportation is quite convenient, but there is no village or store in the back, so you have to take an Uber to go out! There is a swimming pool with good lighting. Everything looks good. You can order food at the restaurant! The light in the morning is also good!

A very nice rooftop and bar, friendly staff, beautiful vibes through open air witnessing Giza gardens from high altitude, nice billiard, very hood value for money as they have no added taxes or services or a minimum charge. Highly recommend
Good place, not very good staff
Definitely a good place for the money! The surrounding area is great for a morning or an evening walk! The staff is also so friendly.
Fairly cheap hotel close to Cairo Tower and the Egyptian Museum. Also not too far from Giza pyramids and the Sphinx.
Staff are very friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately the hotel itself is quite out dated and run down. Not very clean inside and doesn't feel particularly safe.

The location is very good, but it is a bit noisy, but the hotel service is very good, the breakfast is also very good, the travel is very convenient, the bed is very comfortable, and the decoration style is also very local
The hotel is very pretty. It is a bit old, but it is fun to look at the Cairo scenery from the terrace.
Cairo Inn is a great choice for a stay in the heart of Cairo. Its location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and food options just around the corner. The staff are friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more pleasant. The room is simple but comfortable, providing a good place to rest after exploring the city. Overall, a convenient and welcoming stay in Cairo.
Amazing service. Friendly staff. We did laundry, and it was only 20 Egyptian pounds per piece. $2 for 2 jeans and 3 shirts! We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Breakfast was included and was delicious.
The location is very good, within walking distance to the Egyptian National Museum. There is no elevator, so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. There are mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten. Breakfast is a fixed style every day, delivered to the room, and eaten on your own balcony.
The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, but the hotel is relatively old, the customer elevator, overall it is OK, the hotel breakfast is also great

I had a late check out pre-paid for 5pm. However I was made to leave my room at midday. Of course I showed them my itinerary but they refused to acknowledge it. My travel agent is investigating this.
Friendly staff and neighbors. The furniture may be a bit old but acceptable. There's a cozy cafe next to the hotel where you can enjoy dinner with sheesha.
The waiters can speak English and have a good service attitude. There are restaurants, convenience stores and ATM machines nearby, which is very convenient.
Walking distance to the Nile and not too far from the Egyptian Museum. The hotel is dated. I worried about the electrical safety of some of the appliances. The lamp wires had been damaged and taped back together. The fridge in the room was very dirty. The staff are friendly.
An exceptional experience.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted us with everything throughout our stay. The room's cleanliness and comfort were adequate. I'd like to extend a big thank you to the reception, bellboy, and restaurant staff. I highly recommend this hotel; you can stay here with confidence.
If you're looking for a hotel just for an overnight stay, it's fine. However, the room's soundproofing is very poor. The breakfasts are good.
Stay was great. Breakfast was good too. Gana hospital was just 4-5 minutes walk where my training / workshop was. If you are coming especially for that then definitely going to recommend it. Many places of food and shopping centers were located around the hotel. Easy to catch taxi but do allow 1 hour and 30 minutes for airport in taxi as traffic is hilarious.

I like the style very much, it's clean and sanitary, the boss is also very nice, it's in the building opposite the bank
Very good. I'm impressed. The room is clean. The staff provided very good service. I like it very much.
It's convenient and clean for two people, but the shower head is too high and can't be moved, so it's not very convenient to take a shower.
They don't provide basic toiletries, same breakfast every day, nothing other than brake fast prepared in kitchen. Bathroom not suitable if you are with kids as there is no privacy.
Really friendly staff at this hotel! The location is walking distance to the Egyptian Museum and to the Khan el Khalili market and an affordable Uber ride away to pretty much anywhere in Cairo. GREAT little hotel for the money. Clean, friendly staff. Definitely small rooms but you get what you pay for and you don’t need much else. Everything worked well. Can’t beat price or location!
Set in the heart of Cairo town though in an old structure, this hotel has experienced and well mannered staff that ensure that the rooms remain sparkling clean. Besides, the facilities are working effectively and despite the bursting of the environment, the rooms are serene.
Good value for money, the building has its own rustic charm with elevators from old movies. Don’t expect great luxury but the staff is excellent and the breakfast is tasty. Location is downtown with noise so not for families but perfect for young people all restaurants bars and monuments are easy to reach
Can’t beat this location. Walking distance to everything fun in downtown Cairo. Value is pretty solid. It’s not a nice hotel, but it’s certainly an acceptable one to crash for a night or two. The AC works. The street is a bit loud, but earplugs exist, and if you’re a heavy sleeper like me, it’s not really an issue. Service is great. Rooms feel a little off? Comfortable stay with warm Egyptian hospitality
I stayed 4 nights at Jewel Zamalek Hotel Cairo, in different rooms, and overall, I had a very good experience.

It's so beautiful, so neat ♥️
On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. A 1.75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it.
There is a 25-meter long swimming pool downstairs, which was what I booked when I booked the hotel. But it is actually a public swimming pool. When I checked in on the first day, there were dozens of children and several coaches...
The location is great, in the city center, surrounded by prosperity, compared to other areas in Cairo, it is really good, the hotel breakfast is also ok.
Basically, it's OK. It may be a problem of voice communication. Many people don't speak English very well. Generally speaking, the service attitude is very good and friendly. The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere when you are bored. The hotel is a bit old, but you can see the antique shadows, with British colonial and Turkish styles. My room was OK on the first day, but I don't...
Hotel in the center, close to shops and bars, but on the main road, so it's noisy 24/7. They don't have earplugs at the reception and the balcony doors don't close, so it's hard to sleep. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly. Breakfasts are average for a 4*, plus there's no coffee (only Nescafe sachets) and plastic cutlery, which I've never seen before.
