The hotel is very good. All staff are professional,rooms are clean. I think about that if i come to Cairo next time i will stay here again. I satyed here 10 days and when i need help everyone came in time. Thank you for everything. Actually 5 stars hotel.

I like the hospitality, the rooms are good especially with the view on the swimming pool. It's a good place for holidays. Being close to airport and close to the CFC Mall rendered my stay easy and enjoyable. It has as well good facilities for sport, incl tenis courts.

I went to this place for a few nights. The location is very good where you can find plenty of shops and some places to eat nearby. This place is more like a hostel but my booking was saying it was a hotel. The rooms are pretty basic and a little rundown. The bed mattress was rather uncomfortable and needed to be changed. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs with Egyptian pita bread. The staff was fine...

Beds are not comfortable. Old .the toilets are not clean..it's just a time pass for less budget.nothing special.building is very old.only plus point is location.

These guys are scammers!!! They let us paid €100 for 3 person for Alexandria daily tour. The tour guide was boring. The route to alexandria and back was scary. The driver was watching a movie and was driving slow. He was driving 80 km/h on a 120 km/h route. The hotel said that they had a pick-up and bring service to the airport and if you stay longer than 3 nights that this service will be free. But...

The hotel is well located in the centre of Cairo. If you have to do some sightseeing all day, the rooms are fine for sleeping and that's it. There is not much noise. It has a nice terrace where they serve a good breakfast.

We stayed for 2 nights. We thought it was incredible value for money! Clean & comfortable room & bathroom. Rooftop breakfast, with hot fresh food - large portions (included in the room price). It was a quick visit....the hotel was super quite at night... Room was very tidy and clean, good AC... It was a little small, but for a 1 person it was ok. Some devices are missing..such as an iron or so...they told me it is not available. Breakfast was not the best but does the job.... Staff overall are great.... But overall they lake profssionalism...but they werent rude... but a little trainings...

One of the best places I've stayed in recently in Cairo, with an excellent location. The café downstairs is outstanding, offering top-quality drinks and food. However, the reception staff need to be more professional, improve their customer interactions, and show more attentiveness. Other than that, everything was great—the room, the view, everything deserves 5 stars.

Good service and very nice staff

The service here is excellent, the location is okay but you will need to get taxis to get around if you want to visit tourist attractions. The room was nice, if you don’t mind some old fashioned style furniture and interior decoration. To summarise: not the most modern building but the top quality service makes for an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is simple in terms of facility and services. But, it was good enough for me. The cost was reasonable and location was convinient for me. Only thing I want to complain is the shower room. After taking shower, I needed to wipe water spiled over outside the shower room.

This hotel is a true gem! Its prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. After a long day of sightseeing, coming back to the comfortable bed and quiet room was exactly what we needed.

It is just a few dozen meters from the east gate of the pyramid. The environment around the pyramid is very poor, but the hotel is quite warm inside. There are cute parrots and puppies. The boss is very enthusiastic and sent extra breakfast. The rooftop balcony has a beautiful view of the pyramid.

The room is spacious but old; it is close to the entrance of the Giza Pyramids, less than 100 meters away, so it is acceptable to stay for one night just to see the pyramids. The front desk lady is very beautiful, and her brother is very enthusiastic. There is a restaurant on the rooftop, and it is also very pleasant to dine while admiring the pyramids in the distance.

The hotel sign is relatively hidden. Although it is different from the renderings, the pyramid can be seen from the balcony. A very good 3 star hotel, the rooms are clean, nice but there is no bottled water in the room you have to buy it. No ironing machine or table, but you can request ironing and dry clean easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. Bathroom is decent. Summary: nice to stay in, close to elkorba and very good for a 3-star hotel.

I stayed here 30 years ago, in 1995, and booked it again because I knew it was a great location. Staff was absolutely lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Room was decent BUT, bathroom floor is designed such that water pools in the middle. Overall, the hotel shows it's age a bit and needs a renovation, but it's good value for the price.

This hotel was very nice. Only thing is that when you buy food from the restaurant that is already quite expensive for Egypt they add also some fees to every dish you order for some strange reason.
