I’ve been to Cairo five times, and every single visit brings me back to the Kempinski Nile Hotel. It’s simply unmatched. The service is exceptional, warm, and attentive in a way that always feels genuine. The property is beautiful, secure, and incredibly comfortable - easily the most relaxing place to stay in the city. I always leave feeling cared for, rested, and looking forward to returning.

I had dinner at osmanly restaurant. They had 2 options of a set menu. Lamb or chicken. The starters were ok, then the lentil soup was kind of acceptable but definitely could be better. The main course was bad. I didn't like the slow cooked lamb or the sorr of risotto that was served under it. It didn't taste good at all. The desert was ice cream with a sort of Turkish pudding. The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the Nile. The balcony view is spectacular. Unlike other high-end hotels in Cairo, this one lacks the feeling of being in a "secure compound", while still being extremely secure. Staying in this kind of hotel for 500 RMB is only possible in Egypt. It's a genuine vacation experience. The hotel is mainly frequented by Europeans and Americans, and the guests are of good quality. The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport and the best part is they have a free shuttle service. Thw hotel is very old and outdated and is evident in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast spread is not so elaborate. They have a range of restaurants in the hotel which are very nice and they offer good food.

Located not too far from city centre, a nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are nice and staff are courteous. I have not seen any SPG hotel (despite being a Platinum member for 9 consecutive years) where Lounge is open 24 hours. They have a nice bar and very nice restaurants. Spa and Swimming Pool is also nice. They also provide conference and banquetting facilities.

Good location, even though practically inside the airport, there's no airplane noise (or any other type). Extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed is amazing! Great service and the personnel are super friendly and accommodating to your needs.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

Location is very good and a lot of facilities around it, rooms are very clean, restaurant for breakfast is good . The only bad experience with me when I didn't find water in the room I called the reception and informed my request and they informed they will send water , but they didn't. Overall, it's ok for short staying periods.

The property is beautiful with a finesse of Egyptian art and culture. The food is great but this rating is poor just because of the behavior of reception staff. They don't understand that their tone of talking is rude. In hospitality sector, this is a sure shot deal breaker. I would rather stay at the Intercontinental which is near by.

We stayed in room 921 which had an amazing view, Ahmed, Nada and Mahmoud looked after us very much. Tharwat and Islam helped our luggage when ever we needed. The staff was kind and friendly. Its a good 4 star hotel with nice location. within 2-3 kms distance from all the important historical landmark which is Sphinx. The hotel is lovely! 2 km from the pyramids. Courtyard with a pool. Only 2 floors, but over a large area. Each way out to a private veranda and into the grass EXT.yard. Beds wide by 1.4 m. Everything is clean and comfortable. There is a place for tea, coffee, al.kettle. Recommend!

The room was a decent size, the shower was very good. Breakfast food was good in part: my mushroom omelettes, freshly made for me were great; but the fruit choices were disappointing and mostly the feed was targeted at local clientele. The sushi restaurant was a good experience (and not expensive) but I would have liked an alcoholic drink (beer, wine) and they don't serve alcohol.

For those who are not used to bringing toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, please ask for them at the front desk in time. Convenient transportation, close to the airport. For those who like quiet, stay away from the rooms facing the road, which are noisy at night.

I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

It was a great experience. I was responsible for everything myself and the environment was very nice. I hope I can go there again next time!

Very clean and comfortable hotel

It is very close to the meeting place. I choose this place every time I go on a business trip. The location is very convenient, the hotel environment is very good, the hygiene is also very clean, the service attitude is very good, and the price is very reasonable. Recommended

Reception stuff not helpful. Cleaning is done well if you leave tips, otherwise not very well. Room service is not 30 minutes as indicated but 1 hour . Room that has city view is dark because there’s darkening film on the window and the view is not to the city but to the opposite building (from 4 floor) The location is noisy, not good for sleep. Good thing is that it seems quiet safe and frequently...

The place was good and is nice. But what freaked me out that the staff entered our room without our permission. The breakfeast is not that good but it will do the bread was dry the cheese wax sour and green. but after all it was good.

Room was quite clean and all facilities were functioning properly. Greatest disappointment was that the cleaning staff simply didn't care to clear the trash in the bin for three days. Repeated requests were of no use. The person in the reception didn't seem to understand English or he was faking as if he didn't understand, very bad indeed, one individual employee for whatever reason, spoiling the reputation...

Great service, very accommodating team, and a wonderful staff! Eslam from the reception was especially incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for looking after our group and for making our stay in Cairo beautiful.

The hotel and rooms themselves are definitely not worth the price. This is one of those "location, location, location" situations. If this hotel was anywhere else, I'd value a night there at around 75%-80% less than the current cost. But, it's in Zamalek. The rooms are clean, but everything looks like it's from the 90s and hasn't been upgraded since. You can only sweep/mop so much. The breakfast...
