Kempinski Nile Hotel Garden City Cairo, Cairo1 / 50
8.9
Cairo, 12 Ahmed Ragheb Street 🧭 Map
I’ve been to Cairo five times, and every single visit brings me back to the Kempinski Nile Hotel. It’s simply unmatched. The service is exceptional, warm, and attentive in a way that always feels genuine. The property is beautiful, secure, and incredibly comfortable - easily the most relaxing place to stay in the city. I always leave feeling cared for, rested, and looking forward to returning.
I had dinner at osmanly restaurant. They had 2 options of a set menu. Lamb or chicken. The starters were ok, then the lentil soup was kind of acceptable but definitely could be better. The main course was bad. I didn't like the slow cooked lamb or the sorr of risotto that was served under it. It didn't taste good at all. The desert was ice cream with a sort of Turkish pudding. The ice-cream was too...
The location of this hotel is perfect, right on the Nile. The balcony view is spectacular. Unlike other high-end hotels in Cairo, this one lacks the feeling of being in a "secure compound", while still being extremely secure. Perhaps because it is surrounded by Embassies, it feel as secure or more secure than the "fenced" hotels. Security even kept track of every Uber or other vehicle we left or...
We have loved our stay here. The room is spacious and we had a deluxe double facing the Nile The hotel has a great pool bar and jazz bar as well as a spa which we used. Ahmed was lovely as were the bar service jn tv pool bar! The breakfast is vast offering many options and the staff are very kind and attentive. The first day we wanted a boat ride and a staff member from the hotel walked us to the...
Such a lovely hotel and the stay has been really amazing! I went as a family holiday to Cairo with my brother and mother. Both of the rooms has been beautiful, I got a suite for my mother and myself, it's been lovely sleeping, the rooms are very clean and has luxury touch all over as well as other parts of the hotel. The service, the staff has been most attentive in helping and very polite and courteous...

I been 2 days ago. i spent 5 nights, the place is a beautiful and safe place, due to police security guard in reception. the staff are polite and friendly but English language can not understand everyone however it is not big drama. The rooms are ok but few thing are not perfect such like towels and toilet rolls are not enough . everyday i asked those things. the Breakfast was good and swimming pool...
Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are comfortably large with a sitting area and a deck. The large swimming pool was beautiful. Early mornings are a treat with the beautiful blue pool and the gardens. Breakfast had a huge spread of continental and freshly prepared eggs in various styles. The dining staff was helpful and courteous. The property is huge in terms of space. So the walking from the reception...
Beautiful grounds, gardens and pool area. Rooms are satisfactory, breakfast and dinner are good. Take mosquito repellent, they're everywhere. Staff were friendly and the price was good value.

My brother spent his wedding day at Royal Maxim Palace Kempinski, and it was an unforgettable experience! Beautiful hotel with great location in New Cairo! Would definitely recommend. Wanted to mention housekeeping attendant Amr, who was always very attentive to details and engaging during all stay.
I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. The prime location offered easy access to local attractions and stunning views. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, featuring a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Dining options were diverse, with a fantastic...
Where to begin.....the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are amazing, spacious and feel luxurious. The bed is like wow (huge and so comfortable) and the bathroom fantastic. The breakfast is out of this world, with so many choices and of real quality and a good variety of restaurants for any taste if you wish to eat in the evening. The gym is also great. Service across the hotel is very good. Highly recommend...
Nijar and Eman the Ladies in Red were exceptionally kind, friendly, thoughtful, hardworking, caring and sweet and I miss them dearly. Additionally, Nijar extended my booking till 2pm and Eman took me downstairs to your beautiful spa where I had the most wonderful and relaxing time. They also arranged for me a fruit basket and a lots of quality chocolates into my room as a surprise. They made me feel...

It’s the best hotel for a business traveller. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfy. Food is absolutely amazing
Good choice for nearby airport stay as the hotel is connected with T3.
The hotel’s location near Cairo airport was perfect for our early flight, allowing us to rest more comfortably before departure. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the in-room dining service, which was reasonably priced and convenient. The service was incredibly professional and warm, making my stay truly enjoyable. The entire hotel left a fantastic impression on me, and the breakfast spread was excellent.
The room facilities are a bit old but clean and well-maintained. The mattress isn't great. Breakfast is pretty good for Egypt, and the service is excellent. However, I wouldn't recommend booking a Nile view room because the Nile cruise music plays all night until dawn.
Our stay at The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo was nothing short of unforgettable — an experience that felt less like checking into a hotel and more like stepping into a world of genuine care and effortless luxury. From the very first moment, the reception staff welcomed us with warmth and grace, guiding us not just through the check-in process, but through the very heart of Cairo itself. Their thoughtful...

He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured we were comfortable, and patiently answered all our questions, which made the overall experience very pleasant and reassuring.
Had a wonderful stay there for a week for a wedding. Location is great (near airport and close proximity to different popular areas in Cairo). Amazing stay. The Renaissance team works around the clock to make every guest feel comfortable and truly looked after. I recently hosted my baby girl’s “Sebou” celebration at the hotel. The food was very good, the hall was beautiful, and the organization was excellent. The environment is great, and I really love the hotel's garden. Even though it's 40 kilometers from the airport and not in the city center, it feels like a hidden paradise, and it's only a few kilometers from the pyramids. The food is decent, nothing spectacular. Staying in this kind of hotel for 500 RMB is only possible in Egypt. It's a genuine vacation experience. The hotel is mainly frequented by Europeans and Americans, and the guests are of good quality. The refrigerator has plenty of drinks and snacks, but you have to pay extra (be careful, it's in Euros € 😂).
Highly recommended hotel! The hotel is a resort with a pleasant environment, featuring date palm trees and various flowers and plants. The rooms are clean and have private terraces, perfect for relaxing with coffee or meals. A clothesline is provided for drying clothes on the terrace. We had Fabulous time at the Concord, very safe and my favorite part was the staff who was very kind. Including Fatima, and yesren and he who did a great job of taking care of the room for us. We really also enjoyed the executive suite which had mangoes and strawberry drinks galore.

Excellent stay for my first time in Egypt with the warmest welcome from Maria and Farah at the front desk. It was an awesome experience. Also, I wish to mention Nada Ashraf for making sure my room was tidy and clean. Kindly extend my appreciation to them as this is the only way to express my gratitude. Regards, Richard .C.C.
We had an excellent experience. Staff are very very friendly and always giving their all to satisfy their residents. None of the staff disappointed me, they were all very kind. Rooms are spacious, new and clean, we had a balcony view to the pool and it was nice to chill in it at night. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Many thanks to Miss Lina, Miss Habiba and Miss Farah for being very welcoming
Overall fine experience. Room: the room was very large, however it was a weird arrangement because it was clearly a 2 double bed room pushed together to be a awfully wide king size bed, which means the plugs and light switches are at a weird locations. Service: good service, nothing to complain about Other: good breakfast, close to a mall and supermarket

The hotel is 20 minutes away from the airport and the best part is they have a free shuttle service. Thw hotel is very old and outdated and is evident in the rooms. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast spread is not so elaborate. They have a range of restaurants in the hotel which are very nice and they offer good food.
Located not too far from city centre, a nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are nice and staff are courteous. I have not seen any SPG hotel (despite being a Platinum member for 9 consecutive years) where Lounge is open 24 hours. They have a nice bar and very nice restaurants. Spa and Swimming Pool is also nice. They also provide conference and banquetting facilities.
5 star hotel. Most nights have a duet singing English, Arabic and French songs. Very to Cairo International Airport and the 1905 built district of Helipolis, where you can see and enjoy the old European architecture: domes and columns
Very well received by staff. The room was pleasant enough with all the mod cons. Be very careful with your valuables, even if leaving the room for a short period. The breakfast is excellent if you appreciate that you won't get a typical English breakfast.

Good location, even though practically inside the airport, there's no airplane noise (or any other type). Extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed is amazing! Great service and the personnel are super friendly and accommodating to your needs.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.
Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

Location is very good and a lot of facilities around it, rooms are very clean, restaurant for breakfast is good . The only bad experience with me when I didn't find water in the room I called the reception and informed my request and they informed they will send water , but they didn't. Overall, it's ok for short staying periods.
The property is beautiful with a finesse of Egyptian art and culture. The food is great but this rating is poor just because of the behavior of reception staff. They don't understand that their tone of talking is rude. In hospitality sector, this is a sure shot deal breaker. I would rather stay at the Intercontinental which is near by.

Wow wow wow, it look exactly like the photos but even better. Splendid and scrumptiously clean hotel. All the amenities needed. If you’re reading this review just book it and thank me later. I pay €2000-3000 a night in Europe for something of similar quality.

The room was a decent size, the shower was very good. Breakfast food was good in part: my mushroom omelettes, freshly made for me were great; but the fruit choices were disappointing and mostly the feed was targeted at local clientele. Room that has city view is dark because there’s darkening film on the window and the view is not to the city but to the opposite building (from 4 floor) The location is noisy, not good for sleep. The rooms are clean, but everything looks like it's from the 90s and hasn't been upgraded since. You can only sweep/mop so much. The breakfast...
