I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay. Everything from the room cleanliness to the quality of amenities exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would gladly return and recommend this place to others.

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my husbands birthday. The location is perfect for visiting the Pyramids/GEM. The room and facilities are old, and the lighting is dim. The air conditioning is sufficient. The bed sheets, quilt covers and towels are old and have obvious signs of use. Well there is one area in Cairo to stay and Om Kolthoorm is the best value for money you can get. The staff is soooo friendly and they will out of there way for you. I can’t write a review on the rooms as my visit to this resort was only to dine into one of the best restaurants in Cairo “Mare Social”. Next visit to Cairo, I may book a room for few nights to just relax and enjoy the quietness and beauty of this place. It is highly recommended even for families as there some nice activities for children.

The hotel is located next to the Giza Pyramids scenic area. You can see the pyramids from the room. The room is clean and tidy. The parking lot is in the yard downstairs and it is quite dusty. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the food is good.

There is no air conditioning in the public areas of the hotel, which is incomprehensible. We stayed at the hotel for the last night. We were going to visit the Pyramids the next day, so we decided to stay near the scenic spot so it was easy to walk there. The pyramid view room is a bit noisy near the roadside. It's not a big problem if you bring earplugs.

The Pyramid Edge Hotel is alright and I enjoyed it. The fridge and air conditioner doesn't work and unfortunately I couldn't sleep 😴 because of the heat. New star Z hotel is located in a quiet side of the area but we were facing a school, which made the morning a bit of a nightmare to sleep in. The room was big and overall the stay was good. It has a good design (glass window for the shower for instance) but lacks finition. It didn’t look so clean but after inspection, we realised it was also due to the design. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in the city center. We only stayed one night in the hotel and the front desk free upgraded us to a deluxe room. Though the room was a bit dated, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and had many choices.

Overall my experience not good with this hotel, I paid for a room then I wanted to modify/cancel my stay as I was told at the airport takes a few hours to get to this hotel due to traffic, however hotel didn’t want to help with my booking and referred me to Trip, and finally couldn’t get a refund nor modify my booking.

Generally speaking, the location is not easy to find. It is located on the edge of the commercial street in the city center. It can be a bit noisy at night, but it is convenient for shopping and suitable for people who want to buy. The price/performance ratio is okay.

Enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and clean, the decor was fine, and the beds are comfortable.
