Facilities: very good, you can enjoy your time with nice view and quiet mood

Food: average, bakery is good, fresh fruits, cheese and vegetables can be enhanced looks old

Management and service :awful, from the first impression it shows it is not a family friendly hotel in addition they tend to serve foreigners and Arabs better
They said no scooters for kids allowed, they stopped my husband at the entrance to take his JBL referring as it is not allowed while other guests had it by the pool!!!

The pool chaise-longs by the adults pool only are nice and comfy other pools for families really hard

During breakfast i asked for juice twice, and they served other tables asked for hot drinks and were served first

Spa and parking with extra charge even for guests staying at the hotel?!!

Been to the hotel many times for accommodation, breakfast and spa and I can say that it is not as before …

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities that is terribly managed.

My husband and I booked a one night stay in The Westin Hotel to celebrate our anniversary with high expectations and rightfully so; considering the reputation and category of this hotel.

We’re terribly disappointed to be leaving such a negative review of our experience. Our time at the pool was completely ruined as the hotel staff allowed 2 drunk guests to play their very shallow and unpleasant music loudly. All the other guests around us were disturbed and when we requested the staff to turn down the volume, their response was that this is their own personal speaker and this was their right.

Shortly after, we find the staff handing over a vodka bottle to the guests and they threw it in the pool, while the staff stood there and did nothing to prevent this. We also overheard the staff member entertaining the idea of betting on money.

We felt disgusted and not safe to say the least. The overall environment did not represent a 5 star hotel.

The hotel has nice facilities and amenities. I had my engagement held there, the event was beautifully organized, and we appreciate the efforts of the team. However, there are a few concerns.

Firstly I was quite disappointed with the reception staff. Their demeanor was unhelpful and unaccommodating, which was disheartening on such a special day. Despite our simple requests, the staff's rigid attitude made the experience less enjoyable. their general lack of understanding was unexpected.

Secondly, several items that were agreed upon in our menu were not served during the buffet. This oversight was particularly disappointing, as we had carefully selected the menu to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience.

Basically, its a good hotel for a quick vacation, but it falls short when it comes to special events

A nice hotel that is poorly managed. The A/C can get too loud it will ruin your sleep. The bedsheets are so rough and uncomfortable they must have been washed a million times. The hotel allows anyone to bring their speakers and play music at the pool so we ended up with three speakers playing three different songs and one of them was a huge party box - like seriously how is that okay! I can keep going but that’s enough.
