Romanov...this place is more than wonderful service, food, and cleanliness are beyond description. I hope they continue to maintain everything as it is, and remain a favorite spot for many people because it truly deserves it. The taste is amazing with many choices, and the staff is very polite. This is my second time visiting, and both visits were even better than the other. It's enough that they maintain their quality, Thank you! ♥️♥️♥️

The breakfast at the Kempinski is excellent, with a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. What stood out the most was how welcoming and gracious the staff were. Farah, in particular, went out of her way to make us feel at home. It made breakfast truly enjoyable!

Very good food, the waiter Abdel from Syd restaurant was amazingly kind and brought our kids extra mango juice and cacao. Everyone in hotel is very nice, only maybe a little bit slow when you request some services.

I had an amazing experience at Lucca Restaurant in Royal Maxim Kempinski Cairo! The cozy Italian atmosphere combined with excellent service made it a memorable evening. The exterior had a modern and elegant design, and the interior was equally stylish. The common areas were well-maintained, and the ambiance was welcoming.

The receptionist, Islam, at the hotel played a crucial role in shaping my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and friendly. He efficiently handled the check-in process, ensuring that I had all the necessary information about the hotel and its services.

Throughout my stay, Islam was always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. He was knowledgeable about the local area and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and transportation options.

Mohaned Salama was very very helpful this morning for our English breakfast. He has very good hospitality skills. We were made to feel very good

I went for a spa with Sara. She is very good and an expert in her work. I was really happy with her service. I highly recommend her

2. **Payment and Guest Identification Processes:** It's vital to refine the procedures involving guest identification and payment transactions. During my stay, there were instances where payments were mistakenly allocated to the wrong rooms. Streamlining these processes would significantly reduce errors and enhance guest trust and security.

3. **Smoke-Free Environment:** The presence of smoke in various areas of the hotel, including the reception, corridors, and coffee shops, detracts from the comfort and health of your guests, especially those in non-smoking rooms. Implementing strict smoke-free zones within the hotel and establishing designated smoking areas away from communal spaces could greatly improve the air quality and guest experiences.

• Exceptional Service: The level of service at the hotel is excellent. The staff, notably the Ladies in Red, are proactive and attentive, ensuring that all guest requests are met with utmost satisfaction.
• Spacious Accommodations: Both the rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation.
• Amenities for Events: The hotel boasts an array of facilities suitable for meetings and banquets, accommodating a variety of corporate and private events.
• Gym Facilities: The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of modern and quality fitness machines and is accessible 24 hours a day, providing great convenience for all guests.

The Cons:
• Lack of Views: Unfortunately, the hotel rooms do not offer any views, which might be disappointing for those who enjoy scenic vistas from their accommodations.
• Basement Meeting Rooms: All meeting rooms are located in the basement and lack natural light, which could make long sessions feel more confined and less comfortable.
• Language Barriers in Conference Center: While the reception staff are proficient in English, the language skills of the staff in the conference center are not as strong, which could lead to communication difficulties during events.
• Inopportune Renovations: The decision to perform paint work shortly before renting out the meeting rooms was not ideal, potentially disrupting usability of these spaces due to the strong smell.
• Gym Maintenance: Although the gym is well-equipped and conveniently available around the clock, its cleanliness could be improved. Additionally, like the meeting rooms, it also lacks natural light.
• Hotel location : whilst being close to the airport, it will take you 20 minutes to reach. Any activities outside the hotel require a vehicle.

Overall, while the hotel offers excellent service and spacious accommodations, some areas, especially concerning the event facilities and gym, could benefit from enhancements to better meet the needs of all guests.
