Big thanks to Mohamed the house kipping who was cleaning my room , he was so hospitable and helpful.
One small point only , i didn’t like the way of service i had yesterday from the lady in the lobby’s coffee shop, her name is Sara , she was not hospitable at all with bad attitude comparing to the other ladies who were so polite , like Jihan a very sweet lady.
i will rate the hotel 10/10 and for sure i will chose it again
