Triumph Luxury Hotel

This has been my second stay at the Triumph Luxury Hotel. Both times, I have had the most positive experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and accommodating, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. I particularly wish to acknowledge the hotel manager, Mr. Salem and his colleagues for their kind help and assistance. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you are planning a trip to Cairo, this is the place to stay!

Good hotel with a lot of businesses, companies and meetings rather than relaxing and touring.
I tried the Italian restaurant and the food there are great.

Toilets in the hall need more care

It was my first stay and I didn’t regret at all.
Location is perfect for those who want to stay away from the downtown area. The level of cleanness and hospitality is great and everyone is attentive to details. Thanks for making our family trip - great memory

Very nice hotel honestly. It only needs a beach and would be perfect probably a 6 star hotel. Staff are very friendly and kind. But you still have to tip every single person so you don’t get the looks. Good hotel. Overall.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is so beautiful. The employees are great. I didn’t tell them I was here for my birthday and the day of my birthday, I came back to the hotel room with a cake in the room! (they probably saw from my passport). Got a room upgrade upon arriving as well. They were all great. Clean and huge!

A perfect 5 stars hotel! We are very grateful and thankful for making our stay very special. I eco all other reviews that the staff is amazing and helpful. We booked a day use for a bride and a photo session in the hotel. The price is affordable compared to other hotels in the same area. The staff has treated us very nicely and made the day stress free which was very important. Thank you to all the staff members and specially Badr.

I organized and attended a conference there, and the staff were very helpful and supportive. They were literally just a call away!
Also, the food was delivered in a very professional way with an eye catching presentation.

This was our first stay at Triumph Hotel and the experience was just remarkable ! Room service very attentive to detail and professional, cleanliness standard is amazing (such as plastic bags in dust bins), turndown service, minibar & hospitality etc.. the staff at the breakfast area super helpful and friendly, the variety of food and beverage is amazing. A special mention to Ms. Farah at the reception for her kindness and professional attitude, she made sure to facilitate our booking in a busy time and to Mr. Sami Mohammed front desk manager who ensured that we had a seemless stay ! It definitely earns a 5*

I attended a conference in it. The staff are all polite and active. The hotel could use a better taste in decorations. The food is quite good. It is a bit far in an isolated area.
