Very comfortable stay good and convenient location near airport easy access and amazing facilities worth a visit

Good location, even though practically inside the airport, there's no airplane noise (or any other type). Extremely clean and comfortable, and the bed is amazing! Great service and the personnel are super friendly and accommodating to your needs.

Location is close to the airport and the shuttle service runs every 30min.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

Location is very good and a lot of facilities around it, rooms are very clean, restaurant for breakfast is good . The only bad experience with me when I didn't find water in the room I called the reception and informed my request and they informed they will send water , but they didn't. Overall, it's ok for short staying periods.

The property is beautiful with a finesse of Egyptian art and culture. The food is great but this rating is poor just because of the behavior of reception staff. They don't understand that their tone of talking is rude. In hospitality sector, this is a sure shot deal breaker. I would rather stay at the Intercontinental which is near by.

Sadly I only stayed here for a night but we received really quick service. They asked to check our passports at the lobby. And then we identified our bags and were given the keycsrd to our room. Very friendly staff, Ahmed, mahmoud and Nada at the front desk were extremely helpful. The location is amazing, surrounded by amazing restaurants and a few minutes walk away from the star city mall. I'd definitely stay here again

We stayed in room 921 which had an amazing view, Ahmed, Nada and Mahmoud looked after us very much. Tharwat and Islam helped our luggage when ever we needed. The staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast comes with hotel which had amazing food had a great time and the hotel was fairly cheap. Would recommend for everyone!

Second time back to the hotel. This time the service was much better than my last stay. Comfortable room and love the turn down service. Highly recommended for the comfort of the hotel compared to other 5 stars hotels in Cairo that are not on par.

The hotel is new + clean + modern and super close to the airport. And we love the breakfast! Small touches like a Xiaomi scale and ready-to-use adapters made it easy. Great services. Great housekeeping especially cleaning lady Ms.Hela. Mohamed and Sharif are super friendly. Great receptionists too. It's funny there are so many people called Mohamed and Ahmed. Had a great stay for the month I lived there.

The hotel offered a beautiful and serene setting during the Christmas season. The overall atmosphere was warm, elegant, and relaxing, which made the experience delightful.

The hotel is located in so strategic location, the staff is amazing and very good welcoming, rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. Their service is really good. The hotel is nice ,excellent location ,very near to business area and festival mall .Staff are friendly and helpful,always smiling .I have two remarks , a/c is very strong and pillows are stiff . Apart from that the hotel in really excellent.

The room was a decent size, the shower was very good. Breakfast food was good in part: my mushroom omelettes, freshly made for me were great; but the fruit choices were disappointing and mostly the feed was targeted at local clientele. The sushi restaurant was a good experience (and not expensive) but I would have liked an alcoholic drink (beer, wine) and they don't serve alcohol.

For those who are not used to bringing toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers, please ask for them at the front desk in time. Convenient transportation, close to the airport. For those who like quiet, stay away from the rooms facing the road, which are noisy at night.

Good place for a night's stay.

I was pretty impressed with how nice the hotel and room was. They had pools that I unfortunately didn't have time to use and great food service and a great breakfast buffet. Even though it was a little far from downtown Cairo the taxis are super cheap so it it still worked out.

I can’t write a review on the rooms as my visit to this resort was only to dine into one of the best restaurants in Cairo “Mare Social”. Next visit to Cairo, I may book a room for few nights to just relax and enjoy the quietness and beauty of this place. I booked 3 bedrooms apartment with non-smoking room but in the room we all smell of cigarette on the sofa and carpet. Most of Staff is good except the staff at the bar with very slow services as i have to wait for long time to get what i want.

This is a hotel full of contridictions. Inspite of the location and the approach this is a great hotel in cairo/giza. Rooms we speciaous with decent amenities. I like the hospitality, the rooms are good especially with the view on the swimming pool. It's a good place for holidays. Being close to airport and close to the CFC Mall rendered my stay easy and enjoyable. It has as well good facilities for sport, incl tenis courts.

Good service and very nice staff

The service here is excellent, the location is okay but you will need to get taxis to get around if you want to visit tourist attractions. The room was nice, if you don’t mind some old fashioned style furniture and interior decoration. To summarise: not the most modern building but the top quality service makes for an enjoyable stay.

Location is near El Sadat city. Room view large green agricultural landscape. For business is v. good Internet not working properly. Nice swimming pool but crowded in weekends due day use guests.

The location is good, close to the airport and the new exhibition center, and there is also a City Center shopping mall nearby, which has Carrefour. The security of the hotel itself is also very good.

I swear to God, one of the best hotels in Egypt in terms of dealing with the staff, brother Ashraf and Brother Sharif, and a very, very, comfortable and wonderful hotel. For me, I feel comfortable in it.
