Thanks Novotel for the best service! I was very glad to stay here! My vacation were very nice! Thank to animation and staff! I’ll come back here again! Valeria and Daria are very cool animators! I was really happy to meet these nice girls. They made my vacation enjoyable and unforgettable!

Unfortunately , we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel.

We had to change rooms - first one was very dirty, the second did not have working AC, the third also had broken parts (lights were not working, the toilet paper holder was broken etc)
but we were too lazy to change it for the third time especially assuming that most of the rooms would be not fully working/clean etc.

The food was very diverse but overall not super tasty or high quality. My partner got a parasite eating at the restaurant and he got sick for five days.

Hotel amenities are ok, but not great. I would rate the whole experience as 3 stars.

The staff is nice and polite, although they could use a bit more language knowledge. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The place is mesmerizing at night and the event (karaoke for example) are fun. The beach itself is also amazing, clean, the water is clear as glass and the corals are beautiful.

Excellent stay with Novotel Sharm el Sheikh. The kids really enjoyed the entertainment set by Natalie, Angelina and Olga, especially the daily activities and kids evening disco. The food was excellent and restaurant staff were kind, respectful and caring.

Big thank you to the whole team at Novotel for a memorable stay.

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very respectful in terms of accommodating to the visitor needs. Any small disputes were dealt with accordingly. It’s located conveniently and the food and activities offered were fun. Highly recommended. Mirna was great in the reception and very responsive

Our stay in this hotel was great thanks to one one of the employees Mirna. She was extremely helpful with any questions and requests we had, and made our visit to sharm amazing! If you come here talk to Mirna and you will be in good hands!

This hotel was really good! The facilities were great! I had a great time and will recommend to others! I, especially, appreciated the help from Mirna! She helped us out a lot and made sure we had a great time throughout our stay!

I visited this hotel for the third time, because in my opinion it is the best hotel in naama bay. It was a very pleasant surprise that not only all the rooms were renovated (bright, clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, a lot of TV channels), but also a brand new pool bar. The food is delicious, the selection is really big, the restaurant is also renovated and looks very modern. The staff is neat and helpful. Guest relation Vlada and Roma take great care of the hotel's guests and immediately answer all questions. The beach is very large, there are many sunbeds, there is enough space for everyone. The seashore is convenient for swimming and snorkeling.
Very good location of the hotel: near the central street, where you can go shopping and have a great time in cafes and night clubs.

Great place to stay - Palm Wing not beachfront. Palm Wing was quieter and more peaceful with less people. Can easily get to the restaurant and beachfront by crossing the road with assistance. Nice hotel at a good price. Spacious room with all amenities needed. Only strange thing was that the toilet was in a separate room to the main bathroom and there was no sink in the room with the toilet so had to use the toilet then go to bathroom to wash hands.

I spent here 1 night. Karim upgraded my room and gave me great service. There were some small issues in the beginning but were solved adequate. I really enjoyed this one day. Breakfast was included and very varied in assortiment.
