We had to change rooms - first one was very dirty, the second did not have working AC, the third also had broken parts (lights were not working, the toilet paper holder was broken etc)
but we were too lazy to change it for the third time especially assuming that most of the rooms would be not fully working/clean etc.
The food was very diverse but overall not super tasty or high quality. My partner got a parasite eating at the restaurant and he got sick for five days.
Hotel amenities are ok, but not great. I would rate the whole experience as 3 stars.
