The hotel has a large beautiful territory. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Ideally situated on the main street of Naama Bay. Recommend for young people and lovers of night life.

Location: 15 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 7 km from the Old town, in the heart of Naama Bay, on the second line.
Consists of a main 5-storey building and complex 2 - and 3-storey buildings.
The hotel has 390 rooms. There are rooms for disabled guests, non-Smoking rooms and connected rooms.
Total area: 80 000 m2.
Beach: private sandy beach, 200 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels - free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is a road and promenade. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

Let's start with the hotel and rooms, they are quite old, sometimes the way you don't understand things are really dirty or it is "new clean colour". There is a need to be renovated. In the rooms no queen beds, you need to ask them to move the beds closer to each other.
Service again was not good! The first day we went with family 5 person in 3 rooms. They gave us the rooms in the separate houses(not in the main hotel building) and they were 100-200 meters away from each other. I asked them to move us to more closer places but they didn't do that not in that not in the other days, saying there is no empty rooms. It is definitely a service issue. One of the days I asked for dry food to take us during the night. The mandarin inside was rotten.
Now for the place. It is in the centre of Naama Bay, close to everything, has a good beach (but not one of the best in the Naama Bay) 200-300 m away from hotel entrance. But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep.
Food in general was ok.

The rooms and facility are bit
outdated but nothing too bad. I’ll give 5 stars because of the location and the daily activities and animation team. I’m always traveling alone, and for me, it’s important that I’ve been taken good care of. Highly recommended.

Got into the room and there was a fruit baskets and some local snacks. Room was great with lotion, shower cap, shampoo.and the rest. This is a very big place but does not have direct access to the seaside. The food is good...lots to choose from. On my.last night, there were flower petals on the bed....just going above and beyond. Lovely views from the top...and a grill restuarant as a bonus for evening meals...what's not to like. They also make a packed breakfast if you are leaving on an excursion early in the morning.

A very wonderful resort in terms of everything in it, whether its location in Naama Bay, the possibility of shopping in the Naama Bay market, and easy access to the beach.
What distinguishes their beach is that it is sandy, not rocky, and it is very, very suitable for everyone. Also, regarding breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have a very, very large variety in the menu, and cleanliness is very important in all units of the resort.

Front room were nice and welcoming but this did not reflect in the rooms. My room required maintaining and Deep cleaning as they were dirty and not acceptable. Excellent service from the cleaner who provided us with water when we needed.
On the other note Kitchen staff were always staring when eating and when I asked for some extra paper to clean my hands I was only given 2 and not more...
Good swimming pool facilities for kids but private beach is very small and always full plus it takes a 10 to 15min walk from hotel and you will need explaining because it's not easy to reach on your own for the first time.
When checking out I wasn't even asked if everything was ok.

I tend to give 1 star rather than 2 stars, but the staff is nice.
All in all: It’s a very very dated and tired resort. And really not worth the money for a so-called 5 star resort. Honestly pick something else.
Everything seems to be broken- bathrooms, furniture, elevators and more.
It’s right in the heart of Naama Bay but 5-10 mins walk to the beach. I’d rather suggest staying somewhere directly at the beach or away from the touristy area if you want some peace. That’s better worth your money.
All in all: It’s a very very dated and tired resort. And really not worth the money for a so-called 5 star resort. Honestly pick something else.

Don’t stay at this tired and unfriendly hotel. It may have been great in the 1990’s now it’s a rejected and sad place.
Please believe all the negative reviews. The rooms scream out to be modernised and repaired.

The staff are unhappy and unhelpful. They will not bring you tea/coffee at breakfast nor will they bring you a drink with dinner. It’s all self service. I thought the food was bland and often not kept hot. I recommend that you eat out!
Most of the residents are Russians who I found; like the staff, were rude and unfriendly. No useable WiFi in hotel. I recommend you buy a local SIM card.
The positives …..they polished the foyer floors well and it’s situated in the heart of Naama bay.
I have warned you … STAY AWAY. However cheap you find it; do not believe the good reviews and book elsewhere.

This hotel is advertised as a 5* hotel. Sadly, I feel it's no better than a 2*. The hotel is in a great location, central to Naama Bay, with many, many bars and restaurants within short walking distance. The staff around the pools and lobby bars were great. Sadly, these are the only positives.
We found the food in the main buffet restaurant to be mostly cold with a very limited selection of "hot" food. Desserts looked great, but we're tasteless.
The room (see images of the bathroom) was disgusting. The shaving mirror light was faulty, and the water temp fluctuated between cold and boiling hot- in between being little or no water pressure. the wires of the hair dryer were also damaged, and the wifi cut out at 5pm every day. We spoke to the customer relations about the issues, and none were resolved.
We both developed diarrhoea on our third day after eating ice cream from the pool bar.
Due to the food situation, we ate out 4 nights out of 7, increasing the cost of the holiday considerably.
All the trip advisor reviews with one contribution are (in my opinion) false.
Do not visit the hotel.

Location is perfect, view from my room was just amazing both swimming pool and sea facing. Rooms were spacious and hygiene was well maintained, Hotel staff was cooperative. Stayed there for 4 days, our package was including Breakfast and Dinner only. Their Breakfast and Dinner had all type of international cuisines, best thing is it's nearby market area. Would recommend everyone!

We stayed here in March. We were settled in the old building, it is not very well-maintained, but in principle you can live, the room was on the first floor with access to the pool. There is a safe, kettle, tea, coffee sugar. Towels were changed only upon request, but immediately. The staff is friendly and cultured. The water in the pools is very warm. The sea is cool for that 22C. But on the other hand, everything in the sea is everything I like - "childish" as my friends say. Without pantone, the beach is sand, and no corals and special shoes are needed. One more thing: they left things on the beach, went for a swim and did not worry - everything was always in its place. Another pleasant moment, after check-out at 12:00 we had to remove the bracelets and lunch was no longer allowed, and our flight was at 19:00 .... so the bracelets were left for us and we still managed to have lunch))) Since we we went on a vacation with a company, without children, I wanted to get to the hotel more or less not a family one;). And we're lucky in that too.
