Located 10 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 21 km from Naama Bay, 29 km from the Old town, in the area of Nabq Bay, on the beach.

The total area of 94 500 m2.

Consists of a main 1-storey building and a complex 3-storey buildings.

Only 521 of the room. There are non Smoking rooms and Connected Rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, pontoon, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 300 m.

Overall the hotel is great, food, staff all good, BUT.....
Please return the evening discos, tourists come to rest in this hotel multiple times (my visit to the hotel was in the eighth time), there were always discos and it allowed you to relax from everyday life, meet new people and enjoy dancing. Why now the new concept of the hotel does not follow this is not clear.

Amazing hotel, staff are friendly and make you feel like Egyptian Kings & Queens. Beautiful beach & pool areas, freshly renovated rooms and new water park. A big thank you to staff Max, Victor, Rym and mostly Islam in the dining area who treated us like family. Will definitely return, hotel is wonderful

Returned from an 11 night stay on 11th March. Well where do I start? Clean, friendly, food good, cocktails fabulous..... if you go to the Eagles bar, a bit hit and miss in the other bars, dependant on who was serving.
Thoroughly enjoyed my holiday with plenty to do on this beach front complex.
Looking forward to a return visit soon!

Staff here are amazing and always asking if you need anything. Very good with providing gluten free food for my wife and would take around restaurant at every meal if she needed it. There is work ongoing here and a staff member said it won't be finished till later in the year. So hotel was very quiet whilst we were there. We went to one a la carte whilst there, the egyptian Sofra. Here we did have trouble with food. My wife's main was brought and there was vermicelli in the rice, which is pasta and ofcourse contains gluten. We had to raise this, the chef did come out and we had to explain that vermicelli had gluten. This was not good, he should have been fully aware. We suspect there was gluten in one of the mezeh dishes we were given as well since my wife was very ill that night. Obviously we can recognise when it is caused by gluten and this was. This was an obvious disappointment but we would go again but stick to the buffet restaurant where the chefs were incredibly helpful. Pool was very nice, grounds are pleasant, dollars are preferred to pounds. Internet other than close to reception was terrible and frequently failed. Be sure to download content prior to travelling here as you're unlikely to be able to stream on WiFi. As you're outside of EU you'll probably have to pay extra for roaming, O2 wanted £26.00 for 100mb of data so I lived on the dodgy WiFi.

Animation team work very hard. The team are mixed nationalities, and are extremely friendly and able to communicate on a number of languages.
They took time to talk to other in the evening and learn about things that we are interested in( Ivan I believe his name is )

Excellent service and value for money. Good gluten free knowledge in the restaurants which included allergens labels on all the buffet dishes and a walk round all the food with the chef every mealtime (this was important, as there were occasional inaccuracies on the food labels due to recipe variations). Cross contamination knowledge ok, but needs a bit of improvement, as some utensils used for GF servings came in contact with food and sauces containing gluten. The buffet dishes are more spaced out than other all inclusive hotels, which helps reduce cross contamination. The chefs usually offered to cook some additional meat separately too. All staff very friendly and highly focused on customer service.

This hotel has the best staff we have found at any hotel we have stayed at. From the hotel managers to the cleaners, they all go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be.
There are building works taking place at the moment but this did not cause any noticeable noise or inconvenience. We can't wait to go back when the new rooms open, this can only make a great hotel eve better.

Whilst we were there there was construction work carried out (aqua park being built) so the hotel occupancy was lower than usual but this did not effect our stay. The service received by the staff was excellent. Very good food quality and so many activities to get involved in including archery, shuffleboard, volleyball, boccia, table tennis, darts, Tennis etc. We did not get bored and could have easily extended our stay without hesitation if we did not have work/school commitments etc. The beach is very nice and you can walk along the path way through Rixos premium Seagate and the the other way through Rixos 18+. This was really enjoyable as the sun was setting down and when it was dark with all the Christmas lights on. The staff here were very friendly and we want to say a special thank you to the animation team Max (table tennis), Ehab (Archery), Rym (Boccia) and Tamer (DJ). These individuals definitely made our stay fun. Also, Hamada Farouk (restaurant manager) always on hand and ready to help with any needs at the restaurant. Yasser at the coffee lounge made the best lattes and cappuccinos and Islam the waiter for in the restaurant very attentive and helpful. The staff at reception were also very friendly and helpful. New years dinner and party was excellent with good quality food and entertainment. Will definitely return.

Hotel is nice and clean personal is extremely friendly really 👏 for manegament !! ... Service is great specialy in restaurant
Food: Main dishes are great(lunch&dinner) selection and taste,but breakfast is surprisering poor....selection of fruit is poor all the time...
Desserts are horrible realy only bisquits in different colours and all taste the same!.. Coffee at the beach bar is really good like in europe but some drinks like guava and mango juice are jucky cheap made by powder😶
Sea is wavy alot of time so if you wish to snorkeling this is real trouble... Couse some days pier is closed all the day! Reef is nice and rich with fishes.
Wifi dont work!
I think pool area is boring.
Gardens are very nice and green like some botanical gardens!
Hotel have potencial to be real 5*

I can't really complain about anything The hotel, the food and the service were absolutely great! But you have to be very careful if you go there for medical treatment, there are doctors there who don't belong to the hotel but are hired. I was sent a bill of 720€ because I got a pack of tablets and an infulsion. Which is an absolute cheek. Otherwise it is a super hotel where everything is really right.
