Very good hotel. I stayed in several hotels in Sharm. It is second only to Four Seasons. It is very cost-effective. It is right to choose a hotel where Germans stay. It is a quiet and comfortable holiday.

There are many resorts along the coastline of Sharm el-Sheikh, including some owned by large groups. Because there are many people traveling and we are not price sensitive, we chose this one because it is the best value for money. What is surprising is that the first day of our stay was New Year's Eve. Although we did not have any requirements for Egyptian food, after all, we are too deeply influenced by Middle Eastern cuisine, which is all hell-level anyway, the hotel executives encountered Chinese guests all over the hotel on New Year's Eve and wanted to prepare a New Year's Eve cocktail party for everyone. Although there were only a dozen Chinese people in the end, they still prepared the cocktail party very carefully, which was very touching. The surprise was that the coastline of the hotel was very beautiful.

I love this hotel!! It’s so clean, lots to do, friendly staff, and the food is good (the deserts weren’t so great they were just alright). My tips would be to bring a converter because only ONE plug worked and it was a struggle to keep my things charged 😆 Another thing is, I wish the waiters had table sections. This way 5 people don’t disturb your meal asking if you need a drink.

A man in the staff uniform opened my room with an access card, without knocking the door or any other advance notice ( I even had a ‘do not disturb’ sign placed on the door too). Saw me inside the room, the man said ‘are you checking out today’. I said no. He closed the door and left, no apology or explanation why he entered in the first place. I made a complaint to the hotel receptionist, that person did not seem to care at all, only said that he will tell his manager, no apology either. This is very concerning and unprofessional. Very bad experience.

Although the room has a balcony, it has no window, so Ctrip's description is problematic. The hotel's service is stretched, and I waited for half an hour for my luggage in the room. The so-called sea view is only a very small piece from the balcony. The location of the hotel is not suitable for snorkeling. Anyway, you can only lie in the swimming pool in the hotel. You have to go out to do sea projects. The overall facilities of the hotel are good, clean and beautiful.

The environment is really nice, with a private beach behind the hotel. The food is also very good, but the hotel service attitude is very poor, and there is some discrimination against Chinese people. They are very attentive to white people. When a Chinese person calls a car, the ordinary app calls 200 Egyptian pounds to the airport, but he wants 30 US dollars!!!

Advantages: The hotel can only check in at 2pm. We arrived at noon. The front desk stored our suitcases and hung a sign for us to go to the restaurant for lunch first. After lunch, we went to the room at 2pm. It was ready. A waiter took us to the room and delivered the suitcases to the room. The food in the restaurant was OK. Chinese stomachs can be picky. The hotel staff, especially the restaurant water bar, were very enthusiastic~ The key point is: the room is very clean! The toilet is also good~ The facilities are modern and clean, which is very important for girls! The beach is really very big, very big, very big, and I didn't dare to go down.

Hotel located in a beautiful garden right to the beach. Very well maintained. Rooms newly refurbished. Buildings are densely packed in a smaller area, thanks to which everything is close. Simultaneously the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of sunbeds both at the pool and on the beach. Rich animation program provided by an international team (I enjoyed having conversations in Spanish with always smiling Ibis). The entire staff shows positive spirit and energy. Food delicious and in a large selection. Good that water and drinks are not served in plastic, so you do not feel guilty for producing much waste. The impressive reef is accessible from the pier, but strong wind blew every day, and it was possible to snorkel only during limited hours. There is a walking route along the shore that you can use freely, without being stopped by the guards of the passed-by hotels.
