Consists of a main 6-storey buildings and complex 1-storey Chalet.
The hotel has 220 rooms.

Beach: private sandy beach, near the corals, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 250 m.

Used the Diving facilities on site. Quick refresher dive then off for boat dives next day. All kit, staff and boat made it an enjoyable experience.
Sandy beach is lovely. Plenty of beds and towels. Easy access to bar.
One small niggle was the TV not always working when wanting to catch up with news.

Opinion: This Hilton hotel offers an exceptional experience with its prime beachfront location, warm sea, and excellent cuisine. The staff's hospitality makes you feel like royalty, and it's a place I frequently choose when visiting Egypt.
The main restaurant food is made with very poor ingredients.
Beauty center provides very poor service with unprofessional staff. (Manicure caused me finger cuts)
Room service is very unresponsive as all the buttons on the phone lead to the front desk with no avail.
Towels are overused and need to be changed.
Housekeeping pro ides very, very, very poor cleaning and hygiene.
The rooms are empty. They just offer fixed shampoo,shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap.
The stay in doctor is very helpful and always available.
The hotel needs to follow guidelines to adjust the customer service.
A LA carte restaurant closes at 9 30 pm, which is very early.
The room service and housekeeping need to have training as they don't understand my requests like sanitary bags, decaffeinated coffee, etc.
The hotel provides different food quality in restaurants. However, all the food is made in the same kit hen !!!!!!
