Pool area was great with all the helpful lifeguards.
Food was great too which was also made extra special by the waiters looking after me. My waiter was Ehab who was excellent. Always making sure I had everything I needed and making sure I was looked after. An amazing host always smiling and looking very smart. True gentleman!
Beach area was really nice, kept clean with plenty of sunbeds for everyone.

There was no clear communication or proper hospitality during the wait. With kids and luggage, this delay was extremely exhausting and unacceptable, especially from a hotel that carries the Hilton name.
Unfortunately, this negative first impression really affected the rest of our stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the check-in process and customer care for future guests.

Now, let’s talk about the food! The quality and variety of the meals were outstanding. The breakfast buffet had an incredible selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order dishes. For lunch and dinner, the à la carte options were delicious, with a mix of international and local Egyptian cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes, which were fresh and expertly prepared. The chefs even accommodated our dietary preferences with a smile, which we truly appreciated.
