Everything in the hotel is not cleaned properly at all, the bed mattresses in the room is not changed, the plates in the open buffet are not washed well, the swimming pools look dirty. Service is almost non existent, it started with the hotel staff forgetting about us in the reception, then no body does or brings us what we ask. The only merit to the staff is there honesty, as I forgot an expensive electronic device in the restaurant and went back to ask for it fully expecting it to have been stolen only to find them storing it in an office saying they were waiting for me to ask for it.

I was at the hotel Sun and Sea Hurgada at the end of July and earlier August, it was horrible-the hotel dirty especially dinning room, there wasn't enough food and plate, also on room TV not working and toilet a dripping, the air condition extremely dirty.Instead of enjoy my vacation I have to go back time and time again to reception to fix the problem with a toilet and TV, dirty plates was outsideoutside. With all do respect it's not a 3 stars hotel. I'm disappointed

This place is like a time machine. Time stopped there in the 80s. furniture, furnishings and everything else.

Worst hotel in Hurghada. Nothing works (lift, slides..). Beach small with rocks and annoying staff in the beach part. May be that's why it was empty . After a day I changed it.

The low score (1 out of 5) is mostly due to the general status of the structure. Maybe only a question of expectations. If you show great and brand-new building you makes future guests believing this will be what they'll find onsite.

Sun & see hotel - Hourgada - it is a nice and beautiful hotel there are 3 beautiful swimming pools and a very nice beach , people and workers there are very good I spent a very good holiday with my family there from 23-7-2013 up to 26-7-2013 , but the hotel need more proficient management , elevators need maintenance and repairing , air conditions and furniture need adjusting and fixing , bathrooms need fixing , house keeping workers prepare rooms every 3 days they should do their jobs every day
