Enjoyed been 7 times everyone friendly.
Food good choice, Muhammad restaurant manager very approachable when you have allergies as is the chef.
Our cleaner Muhammad very good always clean room. Not far from amenities, beach is fabulous.
All staff amazing from Bell boys reception staff, bar staff waiters.
The clinic was really efficient I had to use them this year really good Dr and nurse,

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so friendly. The food at the restaurants was tasty and lots of choice (excellent quality buffet) and really enjoyed the Asian and Lebanese a la carte restaurants. Cocktails and drinks are good, and the pool areas & slides were great. Housekeeping made little boats from towels, which amused our kids.
My feedback would be that the room we stayed in was lovely and spacious but a little tired and the beds in need of replacing.
Also could do with having more toilets near Gusto and Botanica. You have to go round into the lobby bar or to the toilets on the other side of the water slides, and there are queues quite often.
Reservations for the restaurants are difficult to get unless you get up at 7 a.m. which we had to do in the end as by breakfast, they were all already booked up (not sure how you would solve that one though, maybe an app would make it easier even if it is first come, first served?)
Overall though, we had a great time and I would recommend it. Thank you for a great holiday.

The hotel has given us a great holiday every thing is here that a family could want. The food has been very good lots of choice at all meal times! I have 2 recommendations download the get my guide app for all your trips and if you want a taxi again download the in drive app no haggling on price.

Great recommendation.
From the beginning of the stay to the departure, it was beautiful. The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. The food is irresistible and you can try delicious specialties every day. The best of all is the very friendly staff who are hardworking and cheerful every day.
They try to make your day better, especially the staff from the beach, Bartender, Pizza master and Cheef.

Nice hotel , lovely pool areas and the staff are fantastic. Food is good for an All Inclusive. Only real criticism would be starting to look a bit tired, bathrooms could do with a revamp. Good price, considering. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Not all rooms are updated yet. We asked for a room change the day after we arrived & got one immediately.
The staff are helpful, happy & hard working.
Food is standard, as most all inclusive hotels are. I had no problem finding anything to eat at every meal.
Lots of shops/bars/restaurants just outside the hotel. Don't let anyone scare you into not going out. Yes you will get the shopkeepers approaching you to persuade you into their shops, don't feel like you have to though, it's just the culture & way of life in Egypt 🥰

Had the best experience here ... place is beautiful... service top notch.. food was amazing and plenty off ... always clean inside and out ... very spacious hotel plenty of room outside also sunbeds etc... water park was perfect and the beach part was also brilliant ... hotel backed onto a wee shopping strip which was great for a wee walk make sure to haggle though they will chance their arm with you ... overall great 👍

What a nice and relaxed holiday we had. The service is super the staff works incredibly hard for the guests they are there for us day and night. In the special Ahmad Abbas who cleans our room every day he works super neat and so dear everything for us. Egypt is super sweet people didn't find us unsafe here for a moment. Thank you everyone from the Sindbad Club hotel.
