It may be a luxury, but I wanted free water. I thought there would be some, but I went in without buying any, so I had to go out and buy some. The toilet seat wouldn't stop, which was a problem. The location is great, making it easy to go sightseeing and shopping.

The facilities on the street are good, but too noisy, and the facilities on the back street are much worse.

It is located in the other part of the city, it is not clean, the bed and wardrobe are old, I do not recommend you to expect much, if you are going to sleep and go, it is reasonable.

It's a really nice hotel, located in a small and silent street on the east side of Nil in Luxor. The rooms were clean, they have a nice rooftop where you can enjoy a fresh breakfast and especially the owner Mahmoud was really kind. He prepared the breakfast by himself and was there for us 24/7 if we had any questions. And of course the donkeys and the camels from the neighbors are lovely.

It's 2 mins walk from the Nile, the family room was great but no hand held bidet in the bathroom. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. It is a historic hotel with a beautiful garden. The 1886 restaurant in the hotel is very good, but there is a dress code for men. Although I brought a shirt and trousers, it was still not OK. Fortunately, the hotel provides suits.
