Iberotel Luxor

What an amazing hotel. They make you feel so special and welcome. It’s such a pleasure to come to a well managed hotel. It’s clean, the staff is so friendly, the grounds behind the hotel, overlooking the Nile River are so beautifully manicured and maintained that this place feels like such a wonderful oasis in an otherwise chaotic city. The included breakfast is to die for. So well done with so many delicious food options. Well worth the stay. Would come back again.

Very pleased to have discovered Iberotel, enjoyed its central location, Nile views and the professional attitude of management and staff. We felt welcome and cared for during our three day stay.

Already planning to return to Luxor and visit sites we didn't manage to go to - hope to be able to stay at the hotel again. Would gladly recommend to anyone planning to visit Luxor.

Oh my god. This hotel and experience was above and beyond. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The staff, the food, the cleanliness and everything was just fantastic. Words can’t even explain the experience my family and I had. I can not thank the staff enough for the holiday we had❤️

Shokran Luxor 🌅❤️

An oasis of peace and relaxation in the bustling Luxor. The hotel is very good, the rooms are large, the service is excellent. Everything is clean and safe. The most important thing is the calm atmosphere, it was nice to come back here after walking and sightseeing. Breakfasts are good, a lot of options and everything is delicious. The location is excellent, at the very beginning of the embankment. The rooms facing the road are a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me.

One of the best hotels in Luxor. The hotel and the staff were extremely good during our stay. The ambience of the hotel and especially the reception and the restaurants with multi cuisine facilities were just great. The evening coffee by the side of the pool enjoying the sunset in Nile was just breathtaking. Had a huge spread for the complimentary breakfast unable to decide which one to taste and which one to leave !!
Their cooperation to use their facilities even after the check out (while waiting for the airport pick up) is true to their guest friendly culture which needs appreciation.

We all had a great time with family and I would recommend this hotel for sure.

We spent a night at the Iberotel Luxor before catching a ship to Aswan. The hotel is close to the Luxor airport and convenient to town. The front desk was efficient in checking us in and provided all the information needed when requested. I enjoyed the 24 hour room service since our flight arrived late into the night. The food  (fish fillet) surpassed expectations and was brought to us not long after ordering it. Although I appreciated all these services, by far the service I appreciated the most was the customer service provided after I checked out. Unlike other hotels that believe their service is complete after check out the employees at Iberotel Luxor went above and beyond the call. When I called about a jacket I mistakenly left at the hotel Mr. Fayez, the night manager, was instrumental in locating said jacket. He then kept in contact with me for the next few days as they assisted me in figuring out how to retrieve the jacket as I was already back in Cairo. He involved guest services who communicated with my tour company to ensure I received it before my international flight 48 hours later. I also was impressed with the care of items (money) within the jacket that they wrapped securely. The integrity and customer service they provided will ensure I stay with them in future. It is also the reason I highly recommend this hotel in Luxor for those international visitors who appreciate great service.

We had an amazing time at Iberotel. The staff made our stay worth every second. I especially want to thank Mohamed (Osama) the swimming pool bartender for his hospitality and care.

This hotel is beautifully located in the center of Luxor overlooking the river nile. The service at the pool was easily the best we’ve ever experienced. The life guard made sure we had comfortable sun beds and positioned the sun umbrellas so that we could even enjoy a day by the pool at 40 degrees. The bar tender was extremely attentive and ensured we always had a cool drink in our hands.

Great stay here. The Nile view rooms are worth it - nice view, quiet (for the most part) and comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast buffet was reallt good. Loved the pool. Laundry was very overpriced (best to use a local laundry service instead). Wifi hit and miss. Weak cocktails but the beer and wine are fine. Make sure you try the lantern restaurant for dinner, a 5-10 min walk away, amazing food.

This was my favourite place we stayed at in Egypt. We unfortunately were only here for one night, but I’d have love to stay longer. They provided a buffet breakfast with many options. The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. Our room faced the street, which was a bit busy during the day, but at night it was quiet. The best part was sitting at the back by the pool and watching the sunset on the Nile. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.
