Spent 3 days at Jolie Ville Resort with SkyOne as we flew Paramotors over Luxor. Rooms were clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Front desk was very quick and responsive to any issues or requests for toiletries. Food buffet was superb and dining in the evenings near the Nile River was very relaxing.

After a stay of 14 days with a group in this great place I am definately coming back with my husband and daughters! Any trips out need taxi or hotel's shuttle bus. But hotel in great location for visiting west bank sites and Luxor Rooms well serviced daily. Public areas clean, no rubbish laying around. Greeting you with a smile, all staff were very helpful and nothing too much trouble.

We called ahead and booked a room for day use while waiting for an evening flight. The hotel is in a central location, fairly calm, room was a decent size and the hotel management and staff were friendly and efficient - perfect for a rest to escape the heat

Stuff was so helpful and Mr. Ehab was so nice person. I highly recommend it because the staff are very nice and the hotel is fairly cheap but the food is very good and its close to downtown. You get good service and a clean room for a relatively cheap price.

Very basic hotel, the breakfast is ok but nothing special, the WiFi is very bad most of the time, the pool looks like nobody cleans it ever... But the rooms are ok, with a little balcony and comfy beds.

We’ve been here just for the lunch while we were visiting Luxor’s temple: the hotel itself is situated on the Nile, having a pool by the river. The lunch was good yet, since we weren’t actual hosts of the hotel, the waiters were a bit rude with us, forcing us to sit in a specific zone and hurrying us to leave the table while still eating. Nonetheless this hotel seems nice for it guests.

Steigenberger has to be one of the best hotels I lodged during my stay in Egypt. Really friendly staff, their service was top notch, the ambience was just amazing and the rooms were really neat and functional. I had a view overlooking the Nile. Staff was polite and friendly! My partner and I ended up having a free day in Luxor, so we purchased entry to the pool. The pool area was clean and maintained, with a lovely view over the Nile. We had plenty of beverages and some burgers - those were all great. My main concern is the ATMs in their building - I used one to withdraw cash and, with no warning or notice, it charged me double!

To be honest, the facilities inside the rooms are quite disappointing. But the view of Nile is just amazing. The restaurants and bars are good, especially the Italian restaurant. There is live music at night and the vibes are so good. The spa is reasonable price and all the staffs are nice and helpful. We do enjoy our stay!

The location is perfect, and the service is excellent. Rooms are Ok, style of Mercure hotels, but (as per 2017) needed some renovations. It's 10 minutes walk from Luxor temple, nile view, and I think it's the closest hotel to El Karnak temple.

An affordable way to stay in the same grounds as the Winter Palace and to enjoy the same facilities as guests of that hotel. The Pavillion Winter hotel is a cheaper and more modest property. A great hotel with lots of history. Really beautiful grounds. Convenient having hassle-free shops inside. Really centrally located - walkable to key sights. The bathroom design was a bit strange, specifically the showers. But overall very comfortable rooms. The service little old-world stuffy for my liking, but would be loved by an older crowd.

Nice hotel to stay with family. This is an old building, close to the Nile and tourist places. The rooms were clean. To get hot water you need to open the tap and wait for more than 10 minutes. Breakfast and room service were good. Good value for the money.

It's perfect considering the price they are charging. The staff are very friendly, one of the best to ever find in a hotel. I haven't tried the restuarant fully, I only tried the breakfast and it's very good, the taste and the portions you get are enough to keep you full until 7PM. The rooms are good, the beds are comfy and you will sleep well. There's no WiFi and the TV services are not enough...
