Has the potential to be great, however, rooms are a little dated and tired. Restaurant and bar staff FANTASTIC. Good food but a little repetitive. This has been an amazing trip. The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat with my family. One caveat, I would not recommend this as a solo travel destination only because it’s almost exclusively European families and they aren’t keen on talking to strangers...

Service is discusting, food is the same every day. There is no red fish or pizza, not possible to get drinks by yourself during dinner or supper, you have to ask waiters but they will bring it to you in 15 minutes. So in general I cannot recommend this hotel
