the hotel is located at the happening area of Sharm but our In drive car cannot access to the hotel, every time we need to walk outside or the driver have to drop us on the roadside and we have to walk back by ourselves

Very nice hotel with swimming pool and spa..all inclusive available the food is delicious..the staff are friendly and helpful and will do anything to make you happy and ensure that your stay is comfortable. Only thing is that the supermarket is double the price go across the road, to buy snacks if needed it's cheaper.

Had the perfect vacation, nice personal good food great activities not so far from the beach. The room service is very nice. There speak English and Russian. You can always ask for help. Never take the cable because its too expensive. The Water is not for drinking so you need to buy water from the shop. There is one at the hotel and there you can book any excursion you want. 🤗

The hotel is located at a very strategic location in Naama Bay, near shops and the pedestrian road. Ok, this is a hard hotel to rate, & here's why... The first 2 days were full of issues. My 1st room wasn't ready, so I got moved to another room. This room was terrible! The rooms are clean, but the customer service isn't the best. The staff seem annoyed with their job and some of the receptionist aren't very welcoming. Nice hotel, close to the airport, Shark Bay and a 24/7 supermarket. The place is clean, quiet and the staff is very attentive. The main disadvantage, however, is that the hotel does not have a catering service. It is therefore necessary to plan taxi rides for dinner, or on foot for those who are sporty. I spent 6 days there and I keep a pleasant memory.

Was some years ago I visited here and it well situated but the all-inclusive was terrible. Food was all buffet style and the drinks were never filled up and the service took forever even when there weren't many people about. Only a very short walk to the beach.

I stayed at the Umbi Sharks Bay Diving Village Hotel from May 10th to 17th 2025. I had an excellent time there. The food was very good, and the rooms were also perfectly fine. The staff were warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond by kindly sending my dive logbook back to France and even took photos of each page for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

We went diving in the Red Sea with Mohammad and our son still raves about how much fun he had diving with him. He really went above and beyond. I went diving once with him in the crystal clear water and saw an eagle ray and he completed the dive with our son who is an advanced diver and they went diving the following day as well. I stayed on the yacht, no complaints here! No experience here in Florida...

We went to this beach every other day during our stay in sharm el sheikh. The beach is kept very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. During our stay it was very quiet and we had a nice relaxing time. The sea was too cold for me to go in but when it is warm the snorkeling is really good.
