Very bad food The restaurant’s menu were always the same and very poor quality At the oriental restaurant My spoon felt down and the waiter took back to me the same spoon Staff are not cordial expectativa for some few ones We found cockroaches at the bathroom for 2 nights Bathroom was really dirty All my family got gastrointestinal symptoms and we are feeling very bad even many days after leaving the hotel NO FOOD SECURITY - VERY DIRTY

God! We’ve never had a treatment from the hotel staff as worse as this anytime and anywhere before. We stayed for a day, booked three rooms and realized we were the only non- European people in the hotel. The staff were rude and clearly indicated we were unwelcome from their gestures. Dinner was included but when we asked, they said it’s over and they don’t have anything. Upon booking, we clearly indicated king size bed but got two single beds instead. When asked for dental kits, they responded “what is your problem?” The staff in the morning reception was completely ill mannered, not supporting us even with checkout. They claim it’s a four star place, but the rooms are pretty old and the pictures on web is nothing compared to reality. The hotel looks good from outside, but the rooms are a different story. Definitely there should be better places in Sharm, where you get a better experience of Egypt.
