It was a great experience, the hotel Is very beautiful and the receptionist are very nice.
Our room Number 3323 was very good and Kareem do a great job in there.
The room was Always clean and he done a lot of beautiful creation with the towel.
He changes the towel Every day and the room was Always nice

I’ve had an amazing time at Jaz Neo.
Ahmed at the bar is amazing he’s quick with the drinks and he’s also really friendly and professional.
The other Ahmed is also amazing, both make an amazing team and great pair to ensure the best service possible! Love them both

Fantastic experience with my family. The staff were the best making holidays even better and a huge selection of food during breakfast lunch and dinner. The manager is very respectful and ensures that we are all happy and will cook with our request. Would definitely come back

Lovely hotel, on arrival all staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is nice so much variety to choose from, rooms are nice and cleaned every day love the towel animal on the bed every day. Very close to shops and plenty of options for travel. Definitely will be back again!

My friend and I (+all guests) were treated with respect, kindness and would help you with any problems, information, even the chef willingly shared a recipe with us. The entertainment staff were fantastic, making those that wanted to get off those sun beds to have fun, get to know fellow holidaymakers if you want to, and the Pool Party for the children was great. The food was absolutely amazing 👏 The gardens are stunning 😍 Can you tell that I loved it there. This was our first time in June 25 and have decided we're going back there in November 25 😂😍

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and Namma Bay or Soho. The service is great everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is very large, has 3 swimming pools and many restaurants. The beach is really big and everyone will find a place. The best animators entertain guests during the day and in the evening. Animator Ali is the best. I highly recommend choosing this hotel

I recommend this hotel Bathrooms need refreshing. However, the service is wonderful. Vacation and relaxation are not only a princess standard but also atmosphere and memories. It is not too big thanks to which after a while we get to know the service perfectly, which knows your needs and fulfills them with a smile.

The hotel is disgusting. The staff does not work, they do not care about the guests. They gave us a standard room, it was upgraded to superior. At the reception they tried to convince us that standard was a higher category. When we checked out they extorted money. The manager said that we broke a socket. It was outrageous. After all, we did not damage anything! The rooms are dirty, the cleaning is disgusting. The territory is clean, the beach is good, there is a lagoon. The food in the restaurant is tasty and fresh. The restaurant itself is dark, there is an unpleasant smell. We ate outside. I categorically do not recommend this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Entertainment team are amazing so friendly and helpful . And put on great shows every night Staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect . Gardens are so beautiful and well kept . The whole holiday was wonderful and can’t wait to return back xx

Staff cannot do enough for you they ALL went above and beyond. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and if there's something you would like and no set out they cook it for you..even steak if you let them no night before. Would recommend snokling boat trip and trip they do to hard rock cafe. Kettles fridge and hairdryers in rooms. You can ask for bottles of water anytime. Small hotel but thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
