The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and Namma Bay or Soho. The service is great everyone is friendly and helpful. The facility is very large, has 3 swimming pools and many restaurants. The beach is really big and everyone will find a place. The best animators entertain guests during the day and in the evening. Animator Ali is the best. I highly recommend choosing this hotel

I recommend this hotel Bathrooms need refreshing. However, the service is wonderful. Vacation and relaxation are not only a princess standard but also atmosphere and memories. It is not too big thanks to which after a while we get to know the service perfectly, which knows your needs and fulfills them with a smile.

The hotel is disgusting. The staff does not work, they do not care about the guests. They gave us a standard room, it was upgraded to superior. At the reception they tried to convince us that standard was a higher category. When we checked out they extorted money. The manager said that we broke a socket. It was outrageous. After all, we did not damage anything! The rooms are dirty, the cleaning is disgusting. The territory is clean, the beach is good, there is a lagoon. The food in the restaurant is tasty and fresh. The restaurant itself is dark, there is an unpleasant smell. We ate outside. I categorically do not recommend this hotel!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Entertainment team are amazing so friendly and helpful . And put on great shows every night Staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect . Gardens are so beautiful and well kept . The whole holiday was wonderful and can’t wait to return back xx

Staff cannot do enough for you they ALL went above and beyond. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and if there's something you would like and no set out they cook it for you..even steak if you let them no night before. Would recommend snokling boat trip and trip they do to hard rock cafe. Kettles fridge and hairdryers in rooms. You can ask for bottles of water anytime. Small hotel but thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We are three friends who had great stay at Solymar Naama Bay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food at breakfast and dinner was of variety and quality. Kudos to the hotel staff for being so professional and helpful, especially Ahmed at the reception he made sure that our stay is 10/10. Would definitely come back.

Hotel is green and most of the crew are nice, if you smile they smile too! Also very welcome! Food are great, quality very high even for vegetarians. Rooms are very old but they do full restoration so they gonna be totaly new very soon. I think It great value for money

A lot of people may moan that it's not a 4-star hotel, but having travelled a bit, I can definitely confirm it's worthy.
Joint best all-inclusive buffet I've ever come across. Staff are amazing even with disrespectful customers.
A small tip means more than the actual value of the money as they view it as appreciation of their hard work.
1 minor... if you're addicted to your phone, the WiFi at this hotel isn't for you.

Avoid Sharm Grand Plaza
Our stay at Sharm Grand Plaza in November was extremely disappointing. The hotel’s public spaces are in very poor condition: the stage is old and dirty, the kids' area is neglected, and the playground is in such poor shape that it poses a real danger to children.
On this playground, our baby fell and severely cut their finger on a sharp plastic edge, which required 5 stitches at the hospital. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as a family-friendly resort.
We expected a safe and comfortable environment for our vacation but instead experienced stress and indifference. I strongly advise families with children to avoid this hotel.

Old rooms but very clean, everything is working. Service is okay, but in comparsion to Albatros palace or Laguna vista it can be better. Location is good, there are many markets nearby, you are not forced to buy some necessary items from hotel markets, you can just cross the road & buy same stuff cheaper.
