Location: 17 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 1 km from the city centre and 5 km from the Old town, in the heart of Naama Bay, on the shore of the sea.
Consists of a main 2-storey buildings and complex 1 - and 2-storey buildings.
The hotel has 360 rooms.

Beach: a private beach 50 metres away, next to corals, there is a sandy entry into the sea, first coast line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses and towels on the beach – free of charge. The length of the beach 175 m.

Very nice place, friendly staff and Animation staff are great specially Donia. The water is really clean and the sand is very tidy great place for a holiday specially family oriented holidays.❤️💞🩷

The food quality is poor and the room is not good in terms of furniture and TV, it is not working and room service is not the best thing

The stuff was so friendly and lovely.. and the the place as well.
I had so much fun in this place .. alot of fun activities, parties, and also i enjoyed the relaxation most of the time.
This is the only place i found that you can have both of relaxation, chilling and fun time!

Hotel is very good
Some of the staff are friendly
Room was good and clean
Pool was very good and the aqua park not bad
Sand beach is amazing
Animation team are so crazy and active all day any they have a good shows every night for kids and show for adults

"Gafy Resort Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh. Stay period from 1-6 to 4-6. Room:1424.
First, they have a policy that has no relation to reality, other than to make more money. I arrived with 3 children, ages 6 years, 2 years, and 4 months. They refused to let us take a double or triple room under the pretext that a room can have a maximum of 2 children only, and made us book a single room because they count the 4-month-old child as a regular-sized person.
Negatives: The receptionist was not friendly at all and made me hate dealing with them; his main thing is to cancel your booking without discussion. The receptionist mocked another guest saying, 'I got a guest who booked a double room and brought seven children, haha, children are God’s beloved,' and laughed in a demeaning and irritating way. Furthermore, the room they forced us to book,
we found bedbugs on the bed – I will attach a video and a photo for clarification so that people are aware. I reported it and they changed the room, but it is necessary for people to be aware that unfortunately, Gafy has bedbugs. The restaurant is very simple with average food, and everything requires waiting in line. Aqua park timings are from 10 to 12 and from 3 to 5 only, which is not the best thing. The only positive is the sandy beach."

If you like to fight for food with others ~ that’s your place. Overcrowded. Long lines for food and drinks. You can spend half of your holidays in lines. Cutlery, napkins, plates ~ disappear without tracing and you have to wait for it as well. It doesn’t matter if you are asked staff guy for utensils ahead, he will bring it to local person first.
Lunch starts at 1 pm and it’s like human avalanche. Crowd run all over for best tables and fast grabbing meat.
Beach bar paid, free drinks only by the pool. In PLASTIC. For 4* it’s really shame.
Beach is okay. WiFi in rooms. Housekeeping ok. But that’s it. All pros.

At first it was very good
Good swimming pool and good views
Untill we discovered that there is bed bugs in our room .
When we called the reception they admitted the problem ,changed our room and asked us to give them our clothes to be washed and ironed to get red of the bed bugs
Then They just ironed the clothes without washing wich didn't resolve the problem
And in the same day night
The room was hired again and nobody noticed anything
Plus that . the beach is very dirty you

The hotel is marvellous! Garden is beautiful. All the hotel person were excellent. Food perfect! There were so much activities all the day round. The beach is sandy and you can snorkel right here also - all colourful fishes are seen.
