The hotel is located in Naama Bay and away from the main road near the night club, Space Ibiza. Recommended for a relaxing, economical holiday.
Built: 1999
Renovated: 2008
Location: 15 km from airport, 7 km from the Old town, in the heart of Naama Bay, on the second line (1000 m from the sea).
Consists of a main 2-storey building and a complex of 2-storey buildings.
Total 230 rooms.
Total area: 44 000 m2.
Two sandy beaches:
- Sandy beach at Naama Bay, 1 km from the hotel.
- Sandy beach 10 km from the hotel.
Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs. There is a Shuttle to the beach.

Terrible Experience – Never Again!
I had an extremely disappointing stay at Panorama Naama Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. From the very first moment, everything was a disaster.
The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. The food quality was below average, lacking variety, freshness, and basic hygiene standards.
The rooms were in awful condition — dirty, clearly not cleaned properly, and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was barely working, constantly cutting off and making it nearly impossible to sleep in the heat.
Overall, the entire experience was a nightmare. Nothing met even the minimum expectations of a decent hotel. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will certainly never return.

Smaller hotel than what we are used to but the amazing food and great animation team with their high energy made our holiday. The pool and water park/slides is great for the kids (we have 4) and we're entertained all day. Great place to come for families

I don’t know what I start with but it just amazing hotel good location helpful staff good food I think you will find everything you need in the hotel . You don’t need to go outside . I love to come back again and 1000 times . Thank you mr adel the general manager for everything you done to make this place look amazing and for your hard work .

Overall we had a terrible experience. The front hotel lobby staff (where you check in and out) had no customer service whatsoever. Be weary of their ATM machine as it malfunctioned on me. BTW talking to them about that was like talking to a brick wall. All I asked was them to get an engineer or the company to have a look at the machine as another person could be fraudulent charged for a cancelled transaction. No-one seemed to care, which makes me believe it was a scam of some sort they are aware of. They called the 'engineer' to no avail. I was left with no resolution but told to go to a bank to deposit it (I am British I would lose a lot from transaction fees alone/conversion rate)

The whole hotel and rooms need a thorough revamp and renovation. The beds are uncomfortable and cheap. My Mother had a bad back throughout the trip as there was a huge dip in it from a broken panel. The hotel staff at the front lobby are terrible, unfriendly and unhelpful. WIFI only available in Lobby areas. None available in room at all.
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the airport, the swimming pool/entertainment, the bar staff, the actual cleaners and workers around the hotel were pleasant and kind, the buffet was actually pretty decent but that's pretty much it. Do not stay here. It is a waste of money. Pay abit more for something better. It ruined my Egypt experience

There is no advantage except being cheap. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities were very old, the bed sheets were old, and the floor was dirty. It's totally not worth the price and it's not really a hotel.

I really think it's pretty good, with a high cost-performance ratio. The front desk was also very polite, especially when I checked out, a guy at the front desk smiled at me, which made me feel very comfortable. If I have the opportunity to come here, I will choose this hotel again.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The air conditioning was broken throughout the stay, and despite complaining several times, nothing was done to fix it.
On the plus side, I got an early check-in – that was a nice surprise.
I ordered a breakfast package, but it was not edible at all.
I also got a slightly unpleasant impression of the kitchen staff at the buffet. When I asked for food, they gave me very little, and when I asked for more, I got an attitude and sloppy service. I felt like I was not welcome or that I was somehow a bother.
The food was just edible anyway – not great, but if you are not picky, then maybe it will be okay.
The service was basic overall, not particularly good but not bad either.
Check-out was the weakest part of the experience. I had to wait a long time to check if I had brought anything. One small towel was missing – which I had not even received – and that resulted in additional adjustments and waiting.
Finally, the staff said that everything was fine and I could leave.

Experience was in general positive. In price quality question is a good choice, but take a deluxe rooms not to get disappointed at once, half of hotel definitely need renovation, and works are ongoing. Location is little bit remote 15 minutes from main street by walk, but transportation to hotels beach is provided. As for cuisine, variety is not mind-blowing, but taste gave me good warm filling

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this place. The rooms we received were nothing like the photos—much worse in every possible way. It felt like a bait-and-switch situation. We had to pay more money to receive rooms that were in photos.
The food was absolutely awful, even worse than I could have imagined. It was clear that quality was not a priority here. But what made things even worse was the attitude of the staff. Everyone seemed more interested in finding ways to take advantage of guests rather than providing decent service.
One of the most shocking moments was when we asked for a room for a few hours because our child was sleeping. Instead of helping, the staff laughed at us and then offered a room for four hours at an outrageous price of 70 euros only so 3 people could be there, the rest of us was forced to sit in hall.
If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from this hotel!
